    Do not buy. The control panel is so light that you cannot read it. I have to get the booklet to see layout of control panel. Missed cutoff date so i couldn't return. Also was made in september 2024. Purchased in may 2025. Sat in some warehouse for almost a year..Very disappointed.

    I purchased this stove and the oven went out. I had an electrician come and check the plug first and he said it was fine. The oven was replaced and went out again after 2 months. Very annoying.

    It’s a little underwhelming compared to my previous Oven. Works fine once you figure out how to start oven. Burners heat fast.

    3 uses and the whole top is already ruined. 11 phone calls to bestbuy and geeksquad later and its still not getting exchanged.

    The buttons dont work right when tou press them. The timer doesnt want to reset after it goes off. The oven doesnt calibrate to the proper setting...its way off. I was sent to the chat to get help to come and fix it and basically was ghosted they just stopped chatting and then it said since i had not responded it ended...i was responding the whole time.

    Poor Installation

    This review is given because of poor installation not quality. The stove was higher than my counter by 1/2" on the right side. I had to pull it out and level it up myself.

    First use of the burner cracked the glass top. Dealing with Best Buy total tech and Samsung for a warranty repair has been a terrible experience. I should have just returned it.

    Not happy with this purchase. Cooking inside the oven isn’t how a normal oven should cook. Food is underdone and not right. Don’t let the looks deceive you. I returned it for a GE.

    The unit is not good! The stove works but the oven doesn’t work. The button for the stove is place on the wrong side. I will not encourage anyone to purchase it. The customer services rep is very unpleasant

    Not satisfied with my delivery

    When my stove was delivered my husband asked the delivery guy to bring it in the kitchen and he said he wasn’t supposed to bring it in so they left it in carport and left. my husband has a defibrillator and he can’t do any heavy lifting so they said that there job was to deliver not to install so my husband had to get someone to bring it in the kitchen and install it I understand that they can’t install but they should have try to bring inside the kitchen not leave it out side the garage.
