Broke down within 2 weeks expensive is not always

Disappointed

For example, ive baked the same cookies for over 10 years at the same temperature and time but with this oven I've had to almost double the baking time and my tried and true cookies are not the same. Not sure whats going on.

Indicator light

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Get 1 star because it looks good however ,it has been malfunctioning since day one I got it , the indicator for hot plate does not go off , I called Best Buy someone was sent in to check , he came couldn’t fix it suddenly the indicator doesn’t even work at all , I called and I was told to call Samsung, it’s been back and forth same with my Samsung fridge, it’s frustrating.

Purchase an electric over

Great stove, bad customer sevice

I called to let best buy know because its not small damage ita very visable and even the control top is bent. They gave me 60 bucks after i paid 900 on a stove. Bad business. But again stove is great other than dents and bends.l

We took the open box because the old one we wasn’t

Bad experience

When I reported this on 04/08 I was told that I am over 15 days return time. I am only 2 days over. Samsung denied to service me as they said this was broken during delivery. Best buy has been the worst experience this time. I'll never ever go to best buy again.
