    Buyer beware. Had this range for 6 months and got rid of it. I must be a very patient person. Within the first month the burners either were cold (to the point I could put my hands on them) or burning my food. Constantly had to turn on the left burner to get the right burner to heat. By 6 months the oven started acting up. My first Samsung from 10 years ago was perfect. This one was junk!

    The oven is spectacular and works flawlessly. Best Buy really dropped the ball on this one. I ordered the stove in September of 21, and it was supposed to be delivered in mid-November. The delivery day came in went without any contact from Best Buy. I had taken the day off from work. I called the next day, and they informed me that it was on backorder. It would have been nice to know this, so I didn't have to lose a day of vacation. They set the new delivery day in early January of 22. The driver came, and as he was installing the stove, he told me that I was his first and last delivery of the day. He felt really sick and took the truck back to the depot and went to the hospital. He also told me that he couldn't install the tip guard since he was a subcontractor to Best Buy. I had paid extra for this to be done. He told me that Geek Squad would install it. A few days after the oven was here, I had COVID-19; my wife had it the next day, and the kids all contracted it over the next few days. While I was sick with COVID, Geek Squad called to inform me that they were on their way over to install the tip guard. I told them that I had COVID and they should stay away. Then a few weeks later, they called, and I discovered that the tip guard had been taken back to the depot with the driver. They made several more appointments without contacting me, and still, no guard was supposed to be ordered after the second attempt. Now I have the guard, and no attempts have been made to install it. So I finally had another company come to install it. I was told that I would get a discount for the troubles, but nobody has called.

    This stove is okay. I have had it for a year and the front right range cooks faster than the other side. I don’t like how it doesn’t seem to fit all of my pans. It looks nice. I never used the option to control through my phone.

    Amazing stove, full of features and functions. The only issue i have with the stove top is its too sesitive to stains. You always have to use a razor blade to clean the top.

    This is a decent stove for the money but the oven is not good for bakers- dries everything due to fans, heats too quickly. Also not good for making things like pizza- high heat but only heats top down so crust is not crispy. Love the option of two ovens or one large one.

    I really like it, but I was told that the air fryer was on both parts of the stove and it is not. I also don't like that if you cook on both parts of the oven it has to be within 50 degrees of each other. It has some neat features though.

      We recommend placing the Air fry tray on rack position 3, which is the third rack position from the bottom. For models with twin cooking, Single oven mode is required for Air Fry mode.

      With the Air fry feature, you can use little to no oil to cook your favorite crispy foods and quickly prepare your favorite fried foods right in your oven. Learn more from the links provided below.
