    So far so good, we just got our range a week ago and so far we love it. The double oven is very nice. The only knock so far is the printed manual for this smart range is not very helpful.

    Love my stove! I’m able to bake two different things at the same time. Cooked Thanksgiving diner and the results were amazing. I would recommend this stove to all my friends.

    The salesman told us no one had the one we wanted in stock and the factory was on backorder. So we purchased this. We had to purchase a $100 membership to their club to get $300 off the purchase price. Then my wife found the one we wanted on Home Depot so we canceled. They canceled everything but the $100 membership. What am I gonna do with that? Shame on them!

    So far so good, this unit replaced the similar Samsung glass top unit that lasted about 11 years. However this unit has a converted split ovens, which is somewhat convenient for small batch baking. The oven tray must be taken out before airfry or full oven can be used (using control pad). The unit looks good, the controls are not difficult to learn. The glass top is easy to clean and we clean it daily to prevent it caked up. The Samsung smart things app requires some of your personal data. But if you already using Smart Samsung TV you probably already have the app. Hopefully this unit lasts us another 10 years.

    Its pretty thats all it is. The temperature regulation on the stove top and the oven are off! Med heat is not medium heat! Its either red hot or low!!!!! The oven is just as bad!

    Shadiest store ever in Augusta ga. Had to wait a month to get it delivered and after having me wait all day they call 15 minutes before the window expires to say they aren’t coming. They were supposed to call to reschedule within 48 hours and didn’t. They sold my unit and covered it up

    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND MORE HORRIBLE. Should have known better than to buy a second Samsung appliance. Control board only works if you grit your teeth the right way, stand on your head and twirl your left arm in circles. DO NOT BUY!!

    Door latch broke after a single use so only top small door could open. Back panel was bulging. Enamel was chipping off the inside frame from where the screw from the door hits the oven cavity. Quality is definitely lacking and I returned since I do not trust this style to not break on me.

    Bought brand new used it for 15 months and it stopped working called Samsung they say it’s not covered under warranty anymore. Not worth buying

    It was on back order for a month out so we never got to use it, but if it’s like the rest of the 3 appliances from Samsung I bet it’s not any good.
