I love this stove! It is so efficient and functional. The previous stove was exactly the same so I wanted one that I knew it would be reliable.

Beautiful stove, but for some reason the main burner seems to make a strange ring of faded black when used. It’s like the finish is burning off .

Love how the oven works . But not happy with how it is hard to clean the smooth black ceramic stove top did clean it after each use but doesn’t clean up well as I wanted

Stove came dented, but was given a discount upon calling the complaint department. Thankfully, it was on a side that doesn’t show. The guys that delivered said that most are coming damaged these days.

Purchased this range in July of 2023. On Thanksgiving 2025 I discovered the oven door glass was cracked. The product warranty is for 1 year... Samsung is garbage when it comes to appliances. This was supposed to be an upgrade from a 15 year old Frigidaire; I never needed to replace anything on that. I have Samsung refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I've had to personally repair the washer, dryer, and now the oven/range. The refrigerator (Beskope) also is acting up with the aito fill pitcher. These are beautiful units, but do your self a favor and do not purchase Samsung unless you want to replace parts within 2-3 years.

I like it but keeping the glass top clean is a lot more work than I like.

Very nice range. Air Fryer takes a bit longer than stand alone air fryers. Buttons can be touchy but overall good for what it is.

I absolutely love the stove. It’s very modern and it also matches my other appliances.

Love the look and function of this stove, the only downside is the glass cooktop has heat marks/stains around burners.

Tech may make it more difficult for older customers. Really need to receive the instructions along with the appliance. Should not have to go on line to read how to use it.

The price is very compatible with other big store. In stock and quick delivery and on time The service includes removing the old one and installing the new one. Definitely recommend to friends and I will buy appliances from Bestbuy again

I like the operation of this oven, but sure wish the instructions came with the booklet that came with it. I do not like having to go online looking for things that should be in a booklet.

The cook top provides plenty of room to cook everything at once. The oven is pretty large so uou can cook a turkey and sides at the same time.

Fantastic applicance! Works wonderful! Highly recommend.

Very good oven and I love the Bluetooth feature. For sure worth it
