    Great product my issue with Best Buy is your credit card, why would you send a letter saying my credit is no good after I pay this card off, I’ve made your payments I guess all I can say is your card services is a joke!

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Used one time to cook rice. with brand new pans still left deep scratches on glass top. overall you can tell its very cheaply made.

    Piece of junk. The buttons never work. We have only had it a few months now (delivery was just before thanksgiving) and have had the repair guy out here THREE times. They are finally “junking” it out…. But don’t want to give us what we paid for it… what a joke.

    Circuit board was replaced 3x, pretty sure it was because of bad design. Range would cycle through all the options by itself.

    Only two buttons work on it. Samsung said it is best buys problem and best buys solution is to drive an hour and bring it back and exchange it, however its pretty heavy and my husband cant

    It's nice to look at. The knobs are smooth. The fast boil isn't as fast as I think it should be. The thought of being wifi enabled is cool but seriously, do you really need to control your over from your phone? I ended up returning this item because the cooktop surface is a real pain to clean and it scratches VERY easily !!! Also, the warm drawer is very shallow and it's 'scrapy' when opening and closing instead of gliding. Be careful with the cooktop surfaces. Know that it isn't going to scratch easy before you buy.

    Really enjoying the new oven/stove. Was a little taken back on the fact you might need new cookwear. I feel an air frier basket should have been included. Still enjoying so far.
