    Its a good stove. Looks really nice. Having trouble setting up the wifi feature. I don't have any real need for it.

    Pros and Cons.

    The oven takes longer to heat up but then tends to cook things faster. Playing with lower temps or shorter than stated cook times. Storage drawer does not hold muck there than cookies sheets or other flat pans. Cooktop requires maintenance to keep it looking relatively new. A working in progess to get it all figured out. Had it for about a month. Air Fryer basket not included. Samsung basket is hard to find.

    Knowledgeable sales force. Delivery scheduling could have gone a bit smoother. The two men who did deliver the stove were efficient and polite.

    DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY

    They gave us this ranger with roaches. They lied to us and said we had but we had pest control come in and they said that we did not have any roaches. They made buy this ranger even though we already had our sights set on another oven. They peer pressured us into buying this ranger full of roaches. When it broke down because of them not even a month in, they told us that it was our fault. They had us pay for pest control to come in only for them to say that we didn’t have no roaches and they still refused to fix the Ranger. We had to keep calling and calling and calling for them to come in and fix it and when they finally came, they still told us we have roaches. We don’t have no roaches. not only that we bought a microwave from Best Buy, It broke we bought a fridge from Best Buy, It broke not even a month and in fact the microwave even make it into the house before it got broken.

    That's Them Right There Officer!

    I will give one star because technically the thing generates heat. Beyond that? Probably the worst purchase in my 45 years on this planet. Want to bring your chili to a simmer, put the lid on, and walk away? Then DONT BUY THIS. It will boil water on '2' (one notch above low). Want to make bacon? Then DONT BUY THIS. Your bacon will either take 30 minutes on low or burn. The stove essentially has NO SETTING between low and high. Want a range that is easy to keep well maintained when following manufacturer directions? Then DONT BUY THIS. It WILL scratch. Microfiber? Glass range cleaner only? Doesn't matter! A fitting solution would be to fire this thing into space. However, I fear it would hover in low orbit around Earth. And we already have enough garbage floating around up there.

    It broke from the first month

    I replaced my samsung range of 15 years because the largest burner doesnt go low anymore just stays on high. I gor this new samsung with wifi and air fryer i was excited about it i found out the same burner has the same problem. You know calling for service is so bad! It is not easy to make an appointment with them. I was planning ro buy a new samsung fridge but after this no more samsung products will enter my house. I will try to get a refund on this range.

    Samsung stove

    I bought 8/2022 The oven cooks higher than temperature set conventional/bake 360 cook like on 380. Put a pot on stove medium takes longer boil water have turn fail up to 6 boil water.

    Bad product

    Don't ever buy Samsung appliances especially the 6.3 cu ft Electric Range. I bought the whole package with Fridge and diswasher. The main top cook went out after 3 months. Called Best Buy member support. It took them 3 weeks to repair (I have a total membership). 5 months later, the same top cook stopped worth again.

    BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!

    If you are purchasing this product online, beware it does have the POWER CABLE. They upcharge sell it to you separately. Online, they also fail to disclose this to you when making your purchase. Unsure if they mention this to you if you purchase the installation, but a manager named Joe, let me know the install purchase does not include the cable, so you still have to purchase separately. It's apparently a bestbuy policy to be anti-consumer and also to fail to disclose that the purchase does not include the thing you need to make the product work. Joe, the store manager, mentioned this is also true for other appliances they sell.

    Be prepared to use it without power.

    Would have written a great review of it if we could have powered it. For those who are wondering, this range does not come with the power cord and we have to buy this separately. This is low move from samsungs part of not supplying the basic thing needing to power our new appliances. Every other appliance of theirs come with the power cord except this electric range . This took our frustration to a whole new level and I did not expect this from Samsung or best buy. I would have atleast expected Best Buy to inform us of these things on whats included. They did not meet our expectations and poor communication on their part. Without the cord its a brick.

    Our house is a Samsung house. We bought this stove and have had it one week shy of 2 months, and the control panel stopped working. Control panrl will not make a sound or come on. Burners work. I am disappointed in Samsung. They should be able to make better appliances.
