I drink a-lot of tea. The options on the oven are great. The two things that were not great are the metal cover didn’t line up with my outlet. I had to move it horizontal. The packing tape that was used was terrible to get off. The string tape was awful to remove. I thought it had ruined the finish.

Complete joke

Buyer beware- dead after 30 days and no help

Then the electrical panel went dead, rendering it a large black brick in my kitchen. Despite buying the five-year warranty from Best Buy, because it had only been such a short time, I was directed to contact Samsung for help. I did this on November 12. After talking to several different agents and never getting any actual response, what I thought was waiting for a replacement turned out to be that the agent had screwed up and my case was closed. I then went through the whole process again starting on December 3. This time, after several days of back-and-forth. I was offered a gift card to samsung.com not even in the amount I paid for the stove. I then called Best Buy. Best Buy has sent someone out to my house who was unable to help and told me to call Samsung. an agent from Best Buy was supposed to call on my behalf and here I sit waiting for a return call. I have now missed Thanksgiving and will miss Christmas in my home because I don’t have a stove. So beware. Well I could have just gotten a lemon, you will get no help at all - from Samsung or Best Buy even if you have a warranty - if your stove dies.

Another Great Product
