Great purchase. I have enjoyed the stove. I love my warmer burner. I drink a-lot of tea. The options on the oven are great. The two things that were not great are the metal cover didn’t line up with my outlet. I had to move it horizontal. The packing tape that was used was terrible to get off. The string tape was awful to remove. I thought it had ruined the finish.

Has been the best stove I've owned. I thought "smart appliance" features (WiFi) access was gimmicky but now I wonder how we lived without it.

Good product. Only flaw it had is the stove switching on and off. It slows down the cooking.

It took some getting acquainted for me before I was comfortable. The knobs that turn the stove on are not intuitive, front back right left.

Works fairly well..buttons need some extra presses to work sometimes..preheat takes a while but not bad

The range was a replacement for a Samsung where the oven died. So far this one works as designed, however the storage underneath is much smaller than my old one

Worst experiance iv ever had product quit working sent a tech to fix it 3 times first 2 had the wrong parts 3rd time installed parts and still didnt work so they did an exchange and sent a new one and they delivered it without the cord and want me to pay for a new cord when they took the one out that had one on it

Works great. All the features are solid, the only thing is I wish the instructions were a bit more clear.

The stove was perfectly nice for the 40 days it worked. Then the electrical panel went dead, rendering it a large black brick in my kitchen. Despite buying the five-year warranty from Best Buy, because it had only been such a short time, I was directed to contact Samsung for help. I did this on November 12. After talking to several different agents and never getting any actual response, what I thought was waiting for a replacement turned out to be that the agent had screwed up and my case was closed. I then went through the whole process again starting on December 3. This time, after several days of back-and-forth. I was offered a gift card to samsung.com not even in the amount I paid for the stove. I then called Best Buy. Best Buy has sent someone out to my house who was unable to help and told me to call Samsung. an agent from Best Buy was supposed to call on my behalf and here I sit waiting for a return call. I have now missed Thanksgiving and will miss Christmas in my home because I don’t have a stove. So beware. Well I could have just gotten a lemon, you will get no help at all - from Samsung or Best Buy even if you have a warranty - if your stove dies.

Love the black stainless steel color. It's also a great size. Great versatility too.

Still experimenting but the top is hard to keep clean. It smears very easy and is hard to polish.

Still trying out features. LOVE IT! The drawer, realy is a warming unit. Even has controls.

All of the features available on this stove made cooking a great experience. The only complaint I would say is maintaining the glass cooktop can make for a challenge.
