So far so good, install was fairly quick and simple after we had the roof cap put on. It’s only loud on the highest setting. Lights well. Good value, sleek look. We almost forgot to peel back the protective covering before mounting it. So fyi do some of that a head of time. I really like the push buttons, they do click a bit loud but nothing I can’t live with.

We built a casita on our kid's ranch to spend the summers at and purchased this for it's kitchen. We weren't expecting much since it was pretty low cost compared to some of the other units, but it's basically for a vacation home so we didn't want to spend a ton of cash. We were surprised at how nice it looks. The only real issue is the exhaust tunnel has a telescoping exterior so it fits different sized heights of ceilings. This is only a cosmetic issue since you can see where the 2 pieces come together, but from a function purpose it works out great because you can put the fan at the correct distance from the stove. Very happy with the product so far.

I wanted something that could bot be hacked or activated by my phone, so I am so happy with this hood over my new range! It is beautiful, easy to clean, absorbs all odor/vapor inside and the leds are perfect.

The hood looks good. Quality is good. But it does not come with charcoal filter. Samsung website only has circular ones. I could not find anywhere on the Internet!

One the best and reliable one in the market. This is more affordable one and lot of demand for this. I had to wait for 3 months get this in stock to deliver my house. I believe it is worth a wait.

Looks great but the buttons are not long lasting. We have had the hood installed since May, 2021 and it looks impressive. We have probably used the hood probably 30 times during that time and over Thanksgiving the buttons broke and wouldn't turn of the lights. Trying to get this fixed and having a hard time finding the right website, chat or phone to get support. Samsung's products look great but definitely finding out that they are not built to last.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this range hood. It broke after two day of use. All the buttons went inside. We called samsung and they denied the repair saying it was a physical damage and our policy does not cover it. Now I am reading more reviews of this product and others have had same issue with this hood. Very disappointed with Samsung customer service.

This is a great vent for the price. It has three different operating modes. Modes 1 & 2 are the quietest. You can barely hear them but they still clear the room while cooking. The strongest mode, 3, is pretty loud, but it also moves the most air. We usually keep it on 2 and it works perfectly. It has built-in lights and looks really nice in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

It’s so stylish and very modern. I recommend this range hood with any light colors in your kitchen that will make this range hood and your stove stand out in every way. When you walk in it’s the first thing that shows off and it’s very nice. The power of this thing is phenomenal and the lighting is perfect. I definitely recommend this don’t second guess I was looking for a range hood for months and this is the perfect one.

Easy to install and works great. Good value for cost.

I did return it, but only because it the chimney shroud was too "petite" to fit over the exhaust pipe that my HVaC contractor installed. I loved the look of it, and the ease of use. I can say that level 3 on the fans was loud, but the lights on it were bright!!!
