This is a great range. I got it at a great price and I am really enjoying cooking on it. I am really impressed with the delivery team that delivered my range also. They were so careful and did a great installation job. I would recommend this range to anyone I know. It cooks well and looks so nice in my kitchen..

The conventional oven does not cook faster than regular oven as they claim

I like this appliance and it's features, but the push button panel is very cheaply attached and moves when you push the buttons. When you push on the the buttons, the panel moves and makes it hard to activate the button. Other than that, I really like the other features such as the warming area and the hidden bottom element.

The cook top glass has been scratching very easily. We're not sure why this is happening? Diappointed since we've only had the range for a few weeks. Also, my wife says the convection feature hasn't really cooked the pizza's the way she had hoped it would. Otherwise, it has looked good in the kitchen and it does preheat quickly and stay warm.

It is overall a great product. It is also very easy to use and to clean.

Best Buy clerks always seem to push the Samsung products. Unfortunately, we listened to our salesman's praises and bought this range. Forget what the dials say, the cooktop only has two temperatures--cold and boiling. Be prepared to burn any food you cook on medium-to-low heat.

I love all the things this range/oven can do, except that the ceramic/glass top scratches easily. It's hard to keep it looking brand new. We have not had it for a month and it already looks so used. The convection feature is a real PLUS --- especially for my kid who loves to bake.

Love convection cooking. Cook top is great, the quick boil works fast will boil water in at least half the time. Nice stainless steel look. Quality built

My stove broke a few days before Thanksgiving, so I did not have time to do much research. I went to Best Buy and decided I was just going to buy one. The selection was limited when it came to electric stoves. I bought this model - it was pretty and looked like a great stove. Since the first day I have been frustrated with the glass top. It is next to impossible to clean and never looks nice. I even spent the extra money to buy the special glass top cleaner. Still no good. So, I spent what I consider a lot of money on a stove that I was excited about only to be disappointed. Now I have many years of disappointment ahead. Sorry to be so glum.

great oven, easy to use, fast and simple to clean.

It just needs to be smarter. Or maybe I need to be smarter?? I turn it on to preheat. Turn it off when I am ready to put cake in. Turn it back on and set cooking time. I love that it turns itself off when time is up.
