I like this product. My food cooks without stress.

 High-powered burners. Work's great. Cook great too.

After my 2nd use one of the burners is already damaged. It has some burnt stains that I can not get out. Even though I'm using the correct cleaner.

We've been in and out of "repairs" on this. It simply doesn't hold heat this was a complete waste of money to be strung along out of warranty.

Love my new stove. It was a floor model so I was worried that it would not be up to par but it is. I love the confection feature and the warming plate.

i dont recommend electric ranges. glass top doesnt stay clean even after lots of scrubbing.

The literature says there is a rapid boil but really it takes forever to boil. Again spills on the stove top are a nightmare

The burners age after a few uses. They deteriorate quickly.

Large burners in front make small back ones hard to reach.

When I first got the stove it was ok at best. Stove top temps fluctuate very bad. Oven takes forever to preheat (15-20 minutes at best). After about the first year all the writing around the knobs was wore off. Now after about 4 years the fan inside the oven bearings have failed and oven makes some scary noises. This is the third major appliance from Samsung that I have owned that has failed. Very disappointing.

Had to return range after one week after smelling something burning after initial self-cleaning. Best Buy gladly exchanged it for another brand. This is the second time in five months that a Samsung range failed aftyer very limited use. Would not recommend their products.

I will never buy another Samsung appliance again! The stove is great, but the oven won't hold a constant temperature and burns everything! It's off by 50 degrees, even after calibration! Samsung and Geek Squad both want to charge me 100's of dollars to fix it, even though its only a year old. Don't waste your money on this HUNK of JUNK because neither Samsung or Best Buy stand behind their products.

Would not purchase again confection oven is slow. Also bought a dishwasher and the dishes don't dry well and have it in right setting very unhappy!!!!

Oven blinks with an SE. It has stopped working all together.

Easy to clean glass top. Oven pre heats very quickly.

I like my new stove and oven but the plain black, smooth glass is a mistake! It scratches terribly easily and you must be extremely careful, not to slide pots or use the wrong sponge to clean burners! A speckled surface would have been the wiser choice for durability. You must purchase the cleaner yourself! Get the cream, not the spray; treat before use. Soften burned on spots w. wet dish cloth. must have proper e-pots! There is no broiler pan included... keep your old one!!! The oven is easy to wipe inside and the baking function works well. Convection mode takes much longer than conventional.

This is a really nice upgrade. This model has metal knobs, not plastic, and I like that it has the convection option. It's a great all around range and we're happy with the purchase. Only slight drawback, is that the bottom drawer is flimsy and doesn't hold much. But hardly a deal breaker.
