My wife loves to bake and this oven really delivers. The stovetop heats super fast and cleans pretty easy.

I bought this oven based on customer reviews of the product and the quality of products the Samsung name normally represents. I also purchased Samsung their flagship fridge, a front loader washer and driver, and two TVs all based on the customer reviews but found the overall manufacturing quality to be extremely poor against my experience with LG and GE appliances that I have purchased in the past. Samsung warranties are watered down, short in life and disappointing at best. Samsung is so confident in the quality of their products they are willing to give you only a 1 year warranty on them. I have had several issues with their fridge, SmartTV, and the washing machine which has very light usage (only 2 person household) broken down out of warranty only after a 1.5 year of ownership. As far as this oven, the nobs are cheap and the back panel I always feel like it is going to break and just waiting for it. I would recommend another brand like GE.

Just got delivered yesterday... Love the look... Great price at 699.00 on Black Friday... So far the baking I have done everything has turned out great.. Love the convection and the flat top surface.. Can't wait to use it for all my holiday baking... I have been looking for a convection for the past year and looking at all reviews.. So far very pleased with it...

The rice was good got it on sale bought the microwave that matched it and the sale man in Slidell Ed was great. love the light on it set the time and it comes on and off by it self. easy to clean. I am short and the controls on one the bottom love that and the clock to.

It looks modern and it performs exactly as expected according to my wife !!! Different size of burners is a nice feature. Bought this range and other appliances the same day and Best Buy staff was very helpful. Delivery was as promised.

This is my first convection oven and I'm really enjoying baking and roasting with a more even result. I've read that convection options typically require a 25% reduction in time and temperature when cooking, but I'm finding that I'm not adjusting the temperature at all, and only adjusting the time by a few minutes, for best results. However, whatever I bake or roast just seems to come out better (fish has been great!). The large capacity interior comes in handy for large family dinners. I also love the dual element sizes on the stove, and the "fast boil" elements - makes cooking very flexible depending on our needs!

This was a definite upgrade from our 30 year old range except for construction. The convection, and flat top burners are very useful improvements. We had trouble finding a range that was damaged by the warehouse. The construction is minimalist so beware when purchasing it without thoroughly inspection for damage. Make sure your unit is NOT deformed by rough handling. I also did not like the lack of recesses in the back which forced me to re-plumb the gas supply outlet at our home and we had problem with the electric plug not quite fitting in the recess provided in the back of the stove. This could be a deal breaker so make sure these two factors are not a problem for installing in your house.

It has larger capacity for baking. Quick boiling. However, the control panel, I have to use extra force to use its function.

Glass top has cracked 3 times in 14 months. Nothing was ever dropped on it. Samsung covered it twice under manufacturer warranty and now it just cracked a 3rd time. I would avoid this model at all costs.

The stove was great.I got all new samsung kitchen after 6 months the microwave broke got fixed under factory warranty that was good now after that the stove 18 month later not under factory warrant and not having will cost you a service call is 99 dollars the part 468 dollars and install 1 hundred more a total of around 668 dollars.this works out to one hundred less then I paid for it in the first placed do not buy with a extra warrant .

beautiful design, stove top heats quickly. stove top will scratch easily if stove not cool enough when cleaning

Samsung provides 5 years cook top warranty, but when my glass cook top cracked due to material defect, they refused to repair saying that it is a physical damage. What else there can go wrong with glass cook top than developing cracks. If Samsung is going to honor their warranty then why pay more for their brand while other are less expensive.

Very, very disappointed in this product. Just goes to show you not to trust reviews on the internet on products. Glass top is very difficult to keep clean, I am saying very difficult, don't spill anything on the glass top if you plan on keeping the top clean. Better yet, don't use it. The stainless steel pieces are very cheap/thin, I'd say almost as thin as aluminum foil. And the self-cleaning, regardless if you use steam or not, didn't remove anything in my oven at all. And the vents on front are a poor design. Because if you want to keep it clean and wipe it with any kind of liquid, it can spill in between the glass and you have no way of cleaning it up. And finally, the burners do not cook evenly, seems to be high or none regardless of the temperature you pick. Went thru manual, don't think I'm using it wrong.

After reading countless reviews, we purchased this electric range. Looks very beautiful and performed well. After the second time using the cooktop, a 1 inch scratch was noticed over the burner. This was a problem noted in the reviews. We decided to exchange the range for the comprable gas range. Best buy was great about the exchange - no questions asked.

Purchased this stove back in February. The first stove had a dent in the right rear corner that was not caused by Best Buy as I watched the delivery men unload from the truck and they even called me out to the truck when they removed the box to check it out. The box had no damage. I went ahead and accepted it, big mistake, as it would be hidden by the counter. Best Buy even refunded $50 for the dent. However, after the first use, which was a couple of days after performing the burn-in, the glass in the oven door shattered. Since this was within a week of delivery, Best Buy replaced the unit with no issues. Now, just be sure to check that everything on the stove works within the first few days so that you can avoid the experience that I just went through with Samsung Support. The wife tried using the right rear burner on the second stove in October. Just didn't have a need to use it prior. The burner did not work. Contacted Samsung Support and after three service visits over a two period it was fixed. Turns out the coil in the burner had a weak spot and it burned out when it was turned on. However, the Service Tech ordered a replacement on the first visit, but when it arrived two days later, the ceramic ring was broke in several places, so a second replacement had to be ordered. That part also arrived in about two days, but then the earliest a Service Tech was available to install it was another week out. So two lessons learned: 1. Do not accept a new appliance with any type of damage, even if it seems to just be cosmetic. 2. Test everything just as soon as you possibly can so it can be addressed by the store that the item was purchased from.

Its a wonderful range looks good and convection oven rules

I gave this stove three stars because I have found that cooking grease is extremely hard to clean off the stove top. I have tried different cleaners and methods put it is tedious and time-consuming to properly clean the stove top. Reading other reviews, it seems that nobody has had this issue so I may be doing something wrong, perhaps someone could give me some pointers.

The stove works very well,and looks great but the top can be difficult to keep clean. The back has a metal plate that may cause it too stick out depending on socket placement. I rotated the socket 180 degrees and it helped a bit, but it still is not flush with the wall.

Got a great price as an open boxed item in the Lexington KY store. Micheal, the sales rep, was absolutely awesome, helped answer all our questions. Liked him so much we came back a day later a bought a matching fridge!... used the stove all week, and its awesome!

Bought the Samsung "bundle" which included this wonderful stove. My old oven was not baking evenly and was dated. This has more features than I even know were available. A warmer burner, who knew???
