make sure you buy extended protection plan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this range 13 months ago (Feb 8th, 2014) and the display is blank completely since two weeks ago. I called Samsung but they say the warranty is expired by 2 weeks. It works fine but the display is gone. I highly recommend anyone thinking to buy this product (because it is cheap) to add the protection plan. I really regret not purchasing the protection plan.

Do not waste your money

I have owned it less than three years and it has gone out, right in time for the holidays! Geek Squad took three appointment attempts before they could come out and look at it. The parts ordered are apparently coming from another galaxy as their anticipated arrival time is not until January 7th. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN.

Bad Range
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this range along with other 3 suite items and am not happy what so ever. i called samsung about 15 times and got nowhere...best but will not help with the product neither "cooktop is all marked and pitted, streaks in range window Loaud Click noises when pre heating , dishwasher is junk as well as 2500$ fridge ....DO NOT BUY i would recommend to get high end stuff if your buying new
