I am not happy with the stove. Every little mark shows up and it's very hard to keep clean. It's impossible to cook on the stove top without scratching the surface.

We used the stove twice before a door sensor went bad. We had to wait two weeks to get it fixed.

I have had this range for about a month now, and am very pleased. I particularly like the burner layout with the two dual purpose burners up front. The oven is large and neat looking, with the concealed heating elements. I expect it will be very easy to clean. Burners heat up quickly (much quicker than the Maytag I had previously). The only down side is the very shallow storage drawer. I guess that is the price you pay for the large oven area. I used to store most of my saucepans in the bottom of the stove, but this is only deep enough for very shallow ones, so I just store fry pans and lids there.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our new $499 range for over a month and are absolutely thrilled with it! It is our first smooth top stove, so it took a little getting use to the pots being able to slide easily slide around. Stove top cleanup is a breeze: we use a damp paper towel, or for more bigger spills (i.e. when I’m cooking) a smooth top cleaner. The controls for the 2 front burners also took some getting used to as they are dual purpose: one direction controls the smaller burner, and the other direction controls the larger burner. Because of this, adjusting the temperature requires less movement of the knob as compared to the back burners. Not a big deal – just something you want to be aware of. While we are very happy with the stove we were VERY unhappy with Best Buy’s delivery: twice the delivery company (3rd party) called to confirm the appointment the day before, and twice they called 30 minutes before hand saying the stove was not in their possession! Consequently the stove was not delivered until several weeks after the promised date. The store where we bought it at was not aware of the problem, and I was told that once the sale is made they are “out of the loop” – which is a very poor business practice! On the positive side, they did send us a $50 gift card for our trouble!

I've had this range for almost a month now. Looks awesome and range heats up fast and keeps consistent temperature. Love the quick boil feature. The only range to have two front variable size burners. Ceramic cook top looks great and seems durable. No scratches so far. Did buy ceramic cook top cleaner/polish and use before first use under recommendation by Samsung. Could not be more pleased with my purchase.

after a month or so, we are very pleased with this range for the money.oven area is huge.easy to clean the top.very good extra features.the only thing i am unsure of is the steam clean.not sure if it's worth the trouble to use(tried it once).but it's there if you need it.great midrange for the cost

I love this range big Oven,nice smooth glass top easy clean up and heats up quick! Only complaint ..Does not come with a broiler pan so save your old one!

Picked this up the first week of December. I missed the sale but BB had some awesome sales after Christmas and with their price match I wound up getting it for much less. It works as advertised - fast boil burner brings a large pot with six cups of water to a boil in about 4 minutes - a bit faster than a normal burner would. Oven works great. Controls take a little getting used to but make sense. As other reviewers have stated its very difficult to get this thing clean. I bought a bottle of Cerama Bryte and some cleaning pads to help. You pretty much have to scrub it down after each use because just using Fantastik or Windex doesn't cut it. Less storage than most ovens in the same class but not a deal breaker. I would buy this again.

Got this oven as a replacement for our 14 year old one. I'm always amazed at how fast it heats up, and how easy it is to clean up. The oven door feels very solid, and the knobs are easy to see and use. The double ring burners in the front took my brain a little bit to get used to, but now it's second nature. Need to find the stuff that really cleans the surface, as you will not be able to clean it up completely clear with just soap and water, at least not in our experience. A great stove at a great price!

I am very pleased with our purchase. We had looked around at a few places for awhile, waited till this one came on sale and bought it. I am very please with the size of the oven. My only note is because it is a larger oven, I do feel that it takes a little longer to cook. I double checked that it was at temp, however when you open it, more heat gets out and takes longer to heat back to temp. Overall, very pleased with our purchase, just trying to figure the easiest way to bake.

I had to replace a drop in. So some adjustments had to be made to the existing cabinets. It was easy to install once the range was able to fit. It is good looking. I looks custom, just like the original drop in. I had to buy a piece of quarter round which we broke while shaving the cabinets. All in all I would say the installation took about 2 hours. I find it to be very functional. I am a fan of Samsung products. I thought the price was great, especially with the savings (Memorial Day Sale). I like the express heat burner. It is super fast! I've not found the glass top to be easily scratched. I think it is wonderful. I had to go pick up the power cord which was a bit of a pain. However, It was in the system that putting the cord adapter on the delivery truck would have cost me $70 something dollars. Strange but true. The cord was waiting for me at customer pick up. Very happy with my purchase.

I've had this for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. It work to perfection. Pre-heat time is about 8 minutes to 425 degrees, so there isn't much wait to begin cooking. I love the cooking timer. I've never had one before and always just had to run back and forth to check on my food because it was never done according to cooking directions. I don't have that problem with this oven. Pre-heat, throw the food in and set the timer according to package directions and everything I've cooked so far has been done to perfection when the timer goes off. It cooks evenly, where my old one seemed to have hot spot and cooked unevenly. So far I love this oven and I think it'd be hard to find anything to beat it at any price, let alone the fairly low price of this one. I don't cook a lot, but I can't think of any features this oven lacks that you would realistically need. I also purchased the matching over the range microwave and have found it to be very good for the money as well. Plus my entire kitchen looks different now with all of the extra counter room. If there is any downside at all, it would maybe be that you do have to be careful about what you sit on top of it, because I did put one little scratch on it. I think one of my kids must have slid a pan across it or something, but it did scratch. The good thing is that it isn't really noticeable on the black surface unless you are standing right in front of it and looking pretty hard. Overall though I highly recommend this product and only suggest a little extra caution with sliding stuff across the top. I'm sure that probably just a complication from any flat top range.

Range works well and haven't had any major issues. The stove top like other people is saying is a bit harder to keep squeaky clean. Big thing is to use soap and water first, then you can get a product from Home Depo called Cooktop Magic for anything remaining on the stovetop. That works very well for some of the baked on items. Just be super careful with anything that is Sugary. In a way now I wish I would have purchased a gas stove but right now only have an electric outlet. Besides that its a great stove.

I wanted a flat stove surface that would be easier to clean. When I researched ranges I came across this one because it was on a huge sale at the time. I like: The multi size burners Quick heating oven Nice, clean look I dislike: 1- Wish the large burners were in the back (away from my kids hands) 2- The display is BRIGHT blue, it's hard to focus on it and read it 3- Seems like the oven doesn't have much insulation (giving it more interior space) because I've noticed the sides are warm when the oven is on, and the top stove surface it super hot when the oven is on, to the point that you could easily burn yourself if you touched it for more than 5 seconds. The part that's hot is in the center, between the front 2 burners. The "hot surface" light does not come on (probably because technically none of the burners are on at the time). 4- If you use the kitchen timer, it will beep until you hit off. 5- The whole time the oven is on, the display makes a clicking noise periodically. 6- Wish the stove surface had a speckled pattern so you couldn't see the dust/smudges so easily. Overall I'm excited to have a nice new range and my food cooks great so far!

Previous review is one of the only negative one's I could find. I decided to take my chances as 99% of reviews are positive. You can't beat the B.B. deal on this range considering I shopped around and couldn't find a better value. I would have paid another $100 more for this range compared to what else is available in the price range. Be aware that the free delivery covers the following: Delivered to the space where the old unit was in and that is it. They will haul away the old unit just make sure to disconnect the power plug so you can use it with the new range. They don't finish the install so you'll have to remove all the plastic and such. It's very easy as the only things you'll have to do is remove a small back panel so you can screw in the power cord and then adjust the four screw feet to be level with your counters. 4 stars rating for performance initially as a 5 star rating will be given when I've owned the unit for more than 3 years. J.D. Power only ranks the Kenmore Elite better than the Samsung ranges so I don't anticipate any issues.

I am very happy with this stove. I thought it had a light inside the oven but it does not and that is REALLY inconvenient. I like the features altho I had to get used to the 'clicking' when u turn the oven on. I love the steam clean option as that works best for me. I think it's a great range at a great price.

Love the Range. Really Cooks great. The oven is super! LOVE the hidden element!!!! However, I hate cleaning the Glass top!! The cleaner Best Buy sold me does't work. Someone needs to invent a good cleaner for the stove top.

The range works as was expected and has some nice features. I would recommend this range. Only problem was they didn't have a floor model to look at and was expecting to see more stainless steel instead of mostly black. Guess black is cheaper but was somewhat disappointed with the amount of black on a stainless steel range.

I got this product on a nice sale. I have had it for about twp months now. I do not use it daily, but so far, so good. I have never been fond of electric cooking, so I biased right from the start. I just can't afford to install gas. Really, my only complaint at this time is very trivial, and has nothing to do with the oven performance. I am accustomed to a larger storage drawer, and I had to banish my large dutch oven to on top of the cabinets. I expect to get years of use out of a range, so I am not sure how much of a review I can give with only two months of sporatic use.

I haven't had the stove/range a full 2 weeks yet but I think I like it. It takes some getting used to the digital features if you had a stove that was 20 years old! First time I used it I shut the oven off while I was cooking a roast...my fault. Make sure the bake light is on!I think I hit clear or something. The oven part is bigger than my old Whirlpool, they are small compared to this. The only thing is cleaning the top. I don't want to use that white paste every time I cook. Can't you use a vinegar type windex, after all it's glass, right? Overall, good value and looks real nice. The delivery guys were professional and very polite.
