The hidden element in the oven is great and makes it easy to clean. Everything has baked and cooked perfectly. It has a warning light on top to tell you when the top is to hot to touch.

I have had the range for like a month and love it for the most part. I got it more for the quickboil features. Seems to cook evenly and well. Only thing that annoys me is the cooktop shows everything! I clean it constantly even when nothing is spilled on it. Also the storage drawer is a little small for my liking, but great overall once you get used to some of the controls.

We were considering this purchase awhile back, but opted to hold off since our old stove was still "functioning". Well, it finally crapped out, and imagine my surprise when I looked at this one online and it was actually a BETTER price than when we originally thought about buying it! It was destiny! To say my wife loves it is an understatement! She obssesses over it! If I set anything on it, she always follows behind me to make sure I didn't "mess it up"! The directions are very easy to follow and there are a lot of useful features. She is a baking machine for Christmas, and she can't wait to do all 20 of her cookie recipes in the new oven!! I use it for basic things, but it's performed perfectly for me as well. I easily give this a top rating!

Samsung appliances are sleek, modern and affordable. I got it on sale and they delivered pretty quickly. Will buy my samsung dishwasher from best buy as well.

Delivery was painless, the installers were professional and did a thorough job with the whole process. I was impressed with that when I am usually not thrilled with the quality of service from others. Looks are sleek and modern and it performs exactly as expected. I feel like I got a good deal from start to finish.

We had a very old cooktop and wall oven combo - whch died. We are so thrilled with this new stove in every respect. Price wasgreat, delivery was fantastc and efficient!

I was determine to replace my coil electric range with a ceramic one. This Samsung unit is wonderful. The oven is huge.

I have had this range for over one month and LOVE IT. It has the features of the expensive ranges with the best price. It has great features like steam cleaning fast boil and no element. It is easy to keep clean . It cooks fast and efficiently . It looks great and No problems. I love my new oven but will keep you updated it is a great buy.

I purchased this stove because I loved the fact that it had the flat range. I had to purchase the cord for it seperately but I believe that the price I paid overall was reasonable. I have had no problems what so ever with this stove. I would definately recommend buying this stove. :)

First off, I ordered 3 appliances through Best Buy Online and will NEVER order anything through their online service again! The experience of the order process and deliver and issues afterwards has been a nightmare. I could go into detail, but would literally take pages to explain the horrible experience from start to finish. Next time I will go to the store and order through them directly, which has always been a good experience. Cons: the glass top on this range is extremely hard to clean. It leaves a ton of marks from anything you cook on it and doesn't clean easy. It also takes forever for water to boil. The cook timer is annoying to use so I just use the timer on my microwave.

Like the looks of the range, it fits very well with the other appliances, and is easy to clean.

The oven works well and is temperature accurate. The boils fast burner does boil water quickly. Overall very happy with product.

Looks like a nice range. I hate the fact that I had to replace my outdated, broken electric Kitchen Aide with another electric. The previous home owners remodeled the kitchen and buried the gas line somewhere in the walls and we didn't want to go through the trouble and expense to find it. I was already to get the Samsung 5 burner gas range with the nice heavy duty grates and the center grill when we discovered our problem. So we have this very pretty black box that bakes great (that is the best feature of electric ranges) and has a lot of nice features, including the self clean & quick steam clean capabilities. The storage drawer is a joke, very flimsy and if you put anything with any weight in it, you cant close it . I had read that was a problem with all the Samsung ranges, though. I don't get the need for a chicken nugget setting?? I certainly wouldn't want children thinking they should cook their own nuggets. After our first meal, we had some scratches show up, even though we were oh so careful not to drag the pans across the top. Just read an article on how to clean & polish using baking soda and peroxide and it worked great. After a bit of rubbing, we are scratch-less & shiny again. I think I will spend more time cleaning it, then cooking with it! The burners stay hot for about 20 minutes after turning it off. Hoping we get used to it soon.

It is hard to keep the ccoktop shiny, but the features are great. Has pre-setting features which are easy to use. The oven light is wonderful and the preheat feature that alerts you when the oven has reach the right temperature is great.

Got this range on sale and I couldn't be happier. Have had no problems with it.

I like the design of the top, and I can regulate the heat to the burners, better than my last glass top. I burnt some eggs on the stove top, I purchased the cleaner they is recommended, and it cleaned up like new. Have not had to clean the oven yet, but like the option of steam clean.

The range top is very good, easy to use and heats well. The oven is grossly mis-calibrated and runs 100-125 degrees cold. Also does not reheat consistently. Cools down then goes over by 35-50 degrees on reheat. Warranty service has proven frustrating, waiting all day for an 8-5 appointment and the serviceman neither came nor called during that time.

Amazing range for a great price! Would recommend to friends and family!

Love everything about the stove, it has many features the more expensive ones have but the DELAY TIMED COOKING will only work when the clock is set in the 24-Hour (Military) mode. The 12-Hour mode does not have a AM or PM setting so therefore will only operate in either AM or PM, not both. Had I know this when I purchased it probably would not have purchased it.
