Great range for the price, has all the features you need.

It's easier to clean than one with exposed elements. Glass cleaner and paper towels seem to work fine. The drawer is smaller, possibly due to the the hidden element feature. For preheating the indicator says it has reached 400 when the thermometer says 250. I have to increase temp to 500 and then roll back or the oven takes forever to get up to temp. There is an adjustment feature but it adjusts only plus or minus 35 degrees. I think it is inaccurate only when preheating. (Maybe the sensor is too close to the upper element?)

This is my 2nd ceramic topped stove. The first was not Samsung. The first thing that I had to overcome is that it wouldn't adjust high enough to match my countertops. But the one thing that has me wanting to replace it is how hot the burners are. They suggest not using aluminum pots and pans, and they are right. This stove will melt them and it will stick to the top. I retired my alum pot and pans (very good quality and hated seeing them go) and bought Cuisinart tri ply stainless pots and pans. Several of my pots developed a non flat bottom using this stove. Cuisinart said that I overheated them and they wouldn't be covered by their warranty. 300 bucks down the drain. Just today, I noticed that this stove will heat oil in a frying pan to 500 degrees when set on low. It seems like there are only 2 temps here. On the other hand, you can boil water for coffee or pasta in no time. If you are looking for a range with good control of the cooking temp, keep looking. Much harder to clean the top than my last stove also.

I like the oven overall. It looks high quality and is high quality. Only problem i'm having is with keeping the top clean. It is hard to clean and always seems to have things stick to it. I haven't used any special cleaning products however.

I have to say this is the most amazing stove i have ever owned.. Would Highly recommend this .. and best buy has the best prices around for this.

This is a very nice stove. I love the dual burners and the large oven window. The glass cooktop is so nice and not hard to clean at all.

I had this stove for 2months. After about 6 weeks, the oven stopped heating and we called for repair. Also, the window already has grime inside of it. The grime they say is "not cleanable" and not covered. The heating problem happened within the past two weeks and a technician came to repair it and replaced a light switch which did help the door light issue but the oven still isn't heating. We've been asked to wait > week (still no date) for another technician. We bought an oven thermometer for $30... @ 350 degrees, we get about 125 and @550 degrees, we get about 400. Because of these issues... and so early, we cannot recommend this product.

The new range looks great in my kitchen. The drawer is too small for all of my pans, they are now jammed into cupboards that do not have enough space....also my old range was hardwired and this one had a plug in cord

Overall, this is an excellent oven for the price. I have experienced higher than average reliability in the past from Samsung home appliances, and I anticipate the same for this product.

Heats quickly...very efficient..affordable for the quality.

This oven cooks so much faster than my previous oven. It is great.

A good value range except that it can be pushed no closer to the wall than 1.5" leaving a gap at the back of the stove. For some reason Samsung mounts a plate on the back of the range that keeps the top of the range from going back against the wall. This causes the range to extend 1.5" beyond the front of counter top. What were they thinking? Too bad; it's really a pretty good range otherwise. Were it not for this element of poor design I would give the range 4 stars.

The stove is great. Performs great. Love the two option burners. The storage unit on the bottom is small. Nice large over door window.

We've had this about a month & all is fine. I would prefer the controls out front or lit up. They are hard to see on the black finish.

All the modern features, with the hidden lower oven coil, and steam clean. Looks great, With a big window and a brite light.

Got the "SE" code, disconnected power like instructed and it did not correct the problem. Repairman said that Samsung is notorious for not having replacement parts. The keyboard locked up and now the control panel has to be replaced which will cost over $400. Hate having to replace a stove in such a short time.

Great stove! Been loving it since we bought it. No problems yet so far!

We were making jam and had it overflow. The sugary liquid fell on the cooking top. When trying to clean it with a razor like it says to, it pitted because the sugar ended up bonding with the top. The warranty says if you follow instructions they will replace the top. But even though we followed the instructions, they won't honor their warranty. I have a Samsung Microwave, two Samsung T.V.s, a Samsung bluray 3D player and a Samsung Oven. I will never buy Samsung again. They don't honor their warranty. They have become what the U.S. automotive companies became in the 80's. I would avoid purchasing from Samsung now.

I love my new stove. It is easy to use and clean too!
