So pleased with this purchase. Amazing amount of space inside, functionally designed. Was delivered on a Thursday but could not fit through doorway. Needed to reschedule after removing door moulding. Was difficult waiting almost another week to have it moved, but all went well when they did get back.

The refrigerator is great. Delivery not. After 3 weeks I noticed a dent beneath cupboard line which I did not notice upon delivery. Shame on me. Also it would have been nice if before they put the handles on they would have taken the protective plastic off I spent over an hour takingoff the plastic and packing inside the fridge. I would have paid for delivery if this was done. The fridge is great second Samsung from best buy

Customer service is pathetic! The appt time I was given did not matter (7 am to 1 pm on a Sunday) and they didn’t even call to let me know as a courtesy that they were running behind. I had to change my plans which I made around their delivery window and they finally show up about 2:10. Awful customer experience!!

If it were not for Best Buy rescheduling my delivery 4 times, I would have rated this refrigerator 5 stars. I will never buy an appliance from them again.

I love the new Appliances. I had several issues with Deliveries but it all worked out.

Delivery was over an hour past latest time with no notice, and no one could contact the truck. Delivery guys were great but communication was poor. They could not use the water line we paid for, and no credit has been received. Expect compensation for delivery screw-up.

This delivery was a major disappointment. We picked a fridge in the Brockton store because our fridge broke and we needed one right away. The fridge was damage free as marked on our sales slip. When the truck came the guys showed us one small scratch and a small dent on the sides of the fridge. The corners were covered with card board and the fridge was wrapped in a clear plastic. Because the slight damage was on the sides and we needed a fridge quickly we agreed to take it. They came in and set it up and as they were taking our old fridge an oily liquid spilled on the floor that I had to clean up so we really didn't look at the new fridge until they were gone. There are 3 small dents in the middle of the freezer door and a larger dent on the top side of the freezer door. There is a very large dent on the bottom on the left side of the fridge. This was a fridge that had no damage and because of needing a fridge quickly we had to keep this. We will never buy another appliance from Best Buy and will not recommend that people do. I called the Best Buy in Dedham twice to try and fix this and both times I was hung up on. The side damage we could live with but the front of the fridge is just very upsetting and should not have happened. Heidi Bromley

The delivery team were to lazy to take the doors off to get it in the house so they took it back. I bought one from ABT they were able to get it in.
