Delivered with doors not adj properly, customer service came out promptly and repaired it.

We struggled to find something that would fit & have a larger capacity as well. Thankfully, our Samsung accomplished both the capacity requirements we were looking for & fit nicely into the designated built-in cabinet area. Shelving options & depth allow for abundant storage!

The one thing that I am disappointed in is the description of the refrigerator. In the description it says that it has a water filter for the ice maker...it does not. You have to install an inline filter outside of the frig. Other than that I am very happy with the refrigerator as of right now.

I'm just scratching the surface of using all the features but for a basic user, it's great! Love the door design and we can store a lot more in this unit than our previous one even though that one (Kenmore) was larger.

I do like the French doors and having a little more space on the sides in my kitchen. It does fit a lot of food. So far I am very happy with it. I also liked that it did not have a water dispenser in the door. I did not hook it up to make ice automatically.

Especially appreciate the ice maker; OK, it's a small thing, but the ice maker on our last fridge seemed to run out of ice or stop working for a day or two a few times a month.

I've had it for at least a couple of weeks now and so far it's good. Looks great although I notice there's a humming sound that I hear that's kind of loud. Delivery people did an awesome job! Great communication and on time. They made sure everything was put in place and level was perfect!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend So far, so good! I'm enjoying the refrigerator.

The delivery staff were on time and installed the item without any problems. I do notice that the ice has kind of a weird smell and it should be connected to my water filter system. Not why this exists.
