I don't recommend this fridge. The freezer constantly produces frost despite calling for trouble-shooting which resulted in no improvement. Also, this fridge makes really loud noises that our last fridge never made. Motor is loud and frequently sounds like it's about to die, even though it is brand new.

This fridge is difficult for short people to reach the back items in it. Stainless steel outer is scratched by magnetic holders. Bottom freezer loses some space neat the top drawer. For a smaller space it worked great.

With a small kitchen, this frig was one of the few that offered the lower freezer in the size I needed. Love the pull out freezer drawer compared to the door. The French door option allows for opening one side at a time. Of course, you have remember where you put stuff. I like having everything closer to eye level.

This is a nice refrigerator. I thought the french doors looked very nice BUT think about using it. I always open the wrong side and if you are putting something away you only have one free hand to open two doors. GO FOR THE SINGLE DOOR I WISH I HAD. At the price I'll have to live with it for years lol

only had it installed a week now, so far great compact. part of how it gets it's size is it's a little deeper, but not an issue with us. The doors storage area isn't quite as big but not a problem for us. All things said wish we had gotten rid of old fridge sooner

Very pleased with this fridge!! It fit into our older small kitchen easily and it is larger capacity than the one we replaced. It holds a lot and it is easy to access things. Runs quietly. Love the french doors and bottom freezer!

I love this fridge! So much more space than my old top freezer had and much easier to see what is in there so we don't waste food. I wish the freezer was a tiny bit bigger but it's much better than what i had before.

A lot more space than previous fridge. shelves are removable which is necessary to get everything in. I thought it had a water filtration system... looks good, but had smears since it arrived have to make sure it is closed shut, but it does ring at you if the door is open

Perfect for our space. Doors open easily and close tightly. You need to push them closed, so you’ll never accidentally leave them open. Delivery by BB was excellent. They texted and called when they were coming and was on time. Caring employees. I would definitely recommend Best Buy.

Fits in space that we needed, bigger interior than realize, great fridge. Store employees were very helpful! With that being said, Home delivery guys were a nightmare. I would not recommend them at all. Thank goodness, my son was able to install everything himself. I had 3 appliances delivered.

I love not having to bend down to see what’s in my fridge. The drawer freezer storage really maximizes space. I’m still figuring out the best way to organize this fridge to maximize its space but so far my family loves it.

I am so pleased with my purchase. It was one of only a very few that were the correct width for it's placement in my house. I wanted a larger fridge, but it wouldn't fit. This Samsung just fit the bill, I am satisfied, especially the 10 year compressor warranty.
