    We purchased this refrigerator around Thanksgiving time the first one was delivered very noisy we had to return it had another one delivered not as noisy but it is noisy as well I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator again. Not a good product. It’s beautiful though and keeps the food cold.

    Poor start. Already having condensation dripping under the refrigerator. 5 weeks for them to have someone out to look at it.

    Poor design and build quality

    Cools decently well and the ice maker works well. The exterior and interior materials are crumbling after three years and two months, immediately after the expensive warranty from Best Buy expired. The freezer handle frequently falls off the freezer door. This is due to poor design and requires an Allen wrench to fasten it back on the freezer. Regardless of how tight I reattach the handle, it comes off again about every two months. The crisper drawer and shelf support both broke, which has cost me $200 to replace, and of course shipping time and time to install on my own. These pieces were not abused and failed just after 3 years of use. Without these parts, we have lost nearly half of the storage space in this large refrigerator. I have read online to avoid Samsung appliances, but I did not know how flimsy their basic materials are. Supremely disappointing for such an expensive appliance.

    This fridge will get dinged by anything, and every week I am scratching my head about how it can get dented at the top of the door. If you push hard enough with your finger you can dent it. It will look like it was set out in a hail storm in no time. 6 month in I had to have a warranty call to replace the framing for the drawers because it cracked in half. This same spot is now cracking again. The ice maker quit working about a month ago, and now the folding tab to seal the door close just flaps back and forth. So I cannot close the left door without opening the right door. One of the worst fridges I have owned. I have owned this for 4 years now, it does not have a long life span. Terrible way to spend $1500.

    Beautiful Fridge; failed in two months

    The good is that the fridge is beautiful and has plenty of space; it fit in our strict dimensions available in our kitchen and was in a style we liked. The bad is that not even three months in operation the fridge has failed us and no longer cooling. --- Story and Details: For about a month now we have been dealing with a loud noise coming from the fridge akin to the sound of a tiny lawnmower running. It disrupts our generally quiet home and area; it is not a soothing background noise to sleep to either. For the duration of this month we have been dealing with Samsung service sending a technician multiple times to review the issues with the fridge until finally the decision was made to order a replacement part for the damaged fan. As I write this review now the fridge has just completely failed to cool and am now at risk of spoiling much of the fridge contents. --- I may have just received the bad egg of a product from Samsung's massive line of appliances and products; I hesitate to expect quality when a company does so much. While there is still good in the product as I have mentioned, my experience is just an account of a massive failure that leaves me dissatisfied with my purchase.

    Buyer beware. I absolutely loved this refrigerator for 2.5 years...until 2 days ago when it just stopped cooling. We tried everything suggested to reset, but nothing worked. I contacted Samsung which was like a 3 ring circus. The customer service is horrible. After trying to save as much as possible out of the fridge and freezer, we are now looking for a good old used refrigerator.

    My fridge is only three months old and from the beginning, the compressor has been VERY loud. It echoes throughout the living space. Sadly when I have the dishwasher on which is also pretty loud it's a relief because I don't need to hear the refrigerator. I've had a geek squad person come to take a look but he said that nothing can be done about the noise and I just have to live with it. I've spent hundreds of dollars since then on sound proofing materials trying to dampen the noise to no avail. They really should start including noise levels in product specifications because you cannot test it out in store. They do that for other appliances, why not refrigerators.

    Only had it a month and already it's making strange noises. The back panel vibrates & rattles, and on occasion it just makes a klunk noise. Really disappointed at how quickly it deteriorated. No complaints about the style and ease of use.

    We loved this refrigerator. It fit our space, looked great, and had ample capacity. Unfortunately it broke within a year. It is covered by warranty and a refund is being issued, but we just wanted a working refrigerator. Still disappointed that it broke.

    We had the refrigerator installed and oaid to have icemaker water line installed and after almost a week they told me they couldn't do it. I finally got my husband to do it like he has many times over the past 45 years of marriage. After hooking up the line to the icemaker, the icemaker did not work so another few days went by and we had to go to a Best Buy and find one that would work for the space we had. We contacted Best Buy customer service and had to order another brand refrigerator but then they I formed us that it would be September 14th before they could install the new LG. Needless to say we are still waiting.

    I bought this fridge on Oct 2019, 6 months ago. To date its not making any ice, I have tried contacting Best Buy but is only recordings and they are not sending any techs because of the whole virus thing. I have tried the settings, making sure the water supply line is ok but no luck yet. I am writing this review hoping someone at Samsung reads it and fixes the problem on a 6 month old fridge.

    Ice maker died

    Ice maker quit about 4-6 weeks old. Spent long time on phone with Samsung tech support. Wrote ticket for repair and then repair shop cancelled ticket. Waiting for second attempt at repair. Had last refrigerator for 27+ years with no problems. I hope this one lasts 7 months. Next time — no fingerprint finish. Veggies and fruit keep fresh.

    Too small for my needs

    This refrigerator is a good size for apartment or condo living. However, be warned that the doors do not open wide enough to allow the inside drawers to open all of the way. It makes arranging items difficult as well as not being able to reach items that are in the back of the drawer. It was delivered and I tried it - exchanged for a larger size and drawers I was able to use. Best Buy sales staff was most helpful.

    The refrigerator seems to be ok. However the delivery guys damaged the right door of fridge bringing it into my home. Had it turned wrong direction after being told it would not fit through the door. They proceeded anyway and caused the damage. Had to get another one a week later.

    The compressor or something is so loud. Ive owned it a year but never actually plugged it in due to remodeling our home. Its just sat in plastic until today. Plug it in and instantly it has the loudest humming from the back. You can hear it from other rooms of the house. Calling today for warranty i guess on a 1 day old fridge

    I'm not sure -- after a month or so using the refrigerator I see there is possibly a leak in the freezer (Ice packs frosting over) and a squeek in one of the doors. I'll be in touch with the store to see what should be done.

    Fantastic room inside, shelves adjust easily, everything fits but the ice machine is pathetic. Barely filled the bottom of the tray after 7days running. Returned for LG which tripled production in 2days.

    Ice maker is horrible. If you regularly use ice for anything...like drinks... you may have to buy a bag of ice just to have enough for the evening.
