Found this fridge as an open box and came back to get it as it was a great deal. I had been considering an LG but this one was a much better value. It's plenty big for everything and fit under my high cabinet. Love the light and the icemakers. Although the crushed ice isn't as small of pieces as I had thought it would be but the water and ice both work fine. Stainless steel does show the fingerprints but that's just the nature of the material. So far I have no complaints.I received it the day before Thanksgiving and we got to fill it and see how easy it was to put all that food away. I like the bottom drawer in the fridge and the different settings you can set it at depending on what you are using it for: deli, fast cool, fresh, for raw meat I believe. I like the set up of the freezer drawer. It has two levels so stuff doesn't get too buried. The small shelf on the drawer is nice for small things like freeze pops. Any ways it's a nice refrigerator and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking at a large French door fridge.

I enjoy the lay out of this frig. The water/ice dispenser is nice, sleek, and pleasing. Some of the others were like looking at a vault door. This one is trim and tall. My old one was short and my large cups had to wedge in. There is a slight pause in the ice flow, but compared to my last one, what ground away for 2 minutes then delivered 5 metric feet of ice all at the same time. This one is great. I don't like that I can't use the ice/water with the door open. My last one, I would gaze at my food as I filled my water cup and I found joy in this. It was my zen locker. This one, cut off. No love with the door open. You can either look at food, or you can get water. Only real flaw. My last ice maker produced more ice then the double one does on this one, but it is still a good amount. I like the space and the lay out of the inside. The french doors are great and I find myself with both doors open enjoying my mini arctic land scape. It is deep enough to have food in the back, but also open enough that I can still see the food. I was worried about the milk in the door and all, but it is working just fine. Embrace the change. It is quiet, I don't hear the ice maker in the middle of the night like my last frig. Over all I am super happy with it.

The Good: Lots of space with 31 cu ft. Great door storage/ dual zone and dual Ice makers are convenient. Twin Cooling Plus provides less freezer burn and better humidity for fruits and vegetables. The Bad: Refrigerator water filter is pricy. After a year things start to fail. The control panel glitched… The freezer section did not realize it was supposed to stay freezing and didn’t give an alert. The fix was simple turn the whole refrigerator off , wait 20 seconds and then turn back on. A basic reboot. But there was no indication that there was an error or that anything was wrong. The freezer had to be observed that everything was defrosting. The control panel on the front thought everything was fine. Next problem if you do a search you will find that all of a sudden under the deli drawer a large puddle / iceberg forms… which eventually starts leaking on the floor. And no this isn’t caused by the water filter leaking or being a non-Samsung filter or missing gasket or double gasket in filter area. I also had the LED module for the freezer to fail – these things should last a good 20years. The biggest problem is this refrigerator needs more than a year warranty … The compressor which has a 10 yr warranty is not the problem but the rest sure is. Other than their refrigerator I have loved Samsung products and have a lot of their electronics. I hoped that the quality would go to appliances as well but I am severely disappointed in their refrigerator and wouldn’t own another one. I would be reluctant to purchase any appliance from Samsung and would not recommend one to a friend.

This refrigerator works great so far (had it for 3 months), we love how much space is there, the shelves design (easily fold up to accommodate larger containers), ice maker and water dispenser work with no issues (I connected it to my Reverse Osmosis drinking water filter). Two nuances: 1. Right top door seal keeps cracking at the very top and the very bottom. We had Samsung replace the seal within 2 weeks after the purchase and now it cracked again. Calling Samsung for another replacement. I figure they should change the rubber they make seal out of. Right door seal gets kinked if left door is opened and closed before the right door is closed. 2. Sometimes it becomes noisy due to the containers (cans) vibrating inside while compressor runs, re-arranging the food containers usually solves the problem.

I love my new refrigerator! It looks great and runs fairly quietly. I especially like the dual ice makers, too. I would have given it 5 stars except for two small things -- neither of which makes me regret my purchase. First, the water lever in the door often gets pressed inadvertently when I just want ice, creating a mess. And second, the little flap on the inside of the left-hand door often keeps me from easily opening that door when I've already got the right-hand door open. You have to use the handle to get the door open. Can't just elbow it open when your hands are full. Other than that though, this is a happy addition to my home.

I bought this refrigerator to replace a Whirpool and we are very happy with the purchase. It is very spacious, it has dual ice maker - one for cold water in the fridge section and one in the freezer section - which is very useful for filling bigger water bottles. Overall we are very happy with the purchase.

We got this fridge as an open box, and so far it has been great. It's super spacious (and we've yet to fill it up), keeps food very cold. The vegetable doors slide out very easily, and the wide door shelves are nice (especially since they're clear). A few minor issues: The bottom pantry is somewhat cumbersome sometimes - the fact that it spans the width of the fridge means you need to open both doors to use it, and if you put too much stuff in it it will come off the rails, but can be put back on easily. It would also be nicer if the freezer came out more - it can be tough to reach things in the back. The ice dispenser is a little slow, but water is fast.

For a larger fridge/freezer combo this thing is really quiet. Adjustable shelves, extra bins and large freezer slide will accommodate all your food. LED lighting is bright and clear.

This Samsung is a great refrigerator. It has a lot of space and the extra ice maker in the freezer section is great to have. Also knowing the internal components are metal verses plastic is a plus. My only problem with this refrigerator is that the shelves aren't adjustable, up and down. If you want to move the right side of the shelf, you have to move the left side too. Other than that I love my Samsung. In fact, I loved it so much after purchasing it 8 months later we moved and I purchase the exact same one again!

This Fridge has a ton of internal space and looks sharp. Simply find the best way to keep the fingerprints off the Stainless steel and you will have a beautiful fridge, with two great ice makers, that is very functional as well.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It is super quiet. It makes occasional very light clicking sounds and we can hear ice dumping into the bins. Other than that it is crazy quiet even when it is "humming" (open floor plan and we can hear every sound). It is large but still accessible. I am 5'4" and can reach almost all the way to the back of the top shelf. The bins hold a lot of fruits and veggies, there is a lot of storage in the tray drawer. Fits cookie sheets or 19x13 sheet cake pan in the tray drawer, on the shelves, and on the top freezer shelf (ice bin removed and placed on top of permanent bin guides on bottom). Shelves & bins are see through so you can see well. There is a lot of storage in the doors where you basically have to keep the drink cartons because the shelves set up aren't tall enough. There are two shelves that adjust to fit tall items, though you loose shelf space in doing so. The lighting is very attractive. After years with a side by side I was leery of getting a freezer on the bottom and having to dig around to find stuff. That has not been the case. Sliding drawer in freezer is convenient, small bin on freezer door actually holds a lot of little things. The ice makers are a little slow.

I love this refrigerator. It is so roomy and it has a great amount of room. The freezer is very large also. The ice maker works great. Sometimes it puts out pieces of ice with some crushed but that does not bother me.

This is the best refrigerator out in the market. Two ice makers that work perfectly! We never run out of ice. Lots of room as well for a family of 5!

Love all the storage in the doors. Love how quiet it runs. I especially love how you can custom the shelves if there is something tall to store. I am very happy that I chose this model because there is a place for everything and then some!

I did read the reviews about the upper ice maker freezing and it is all true. From the beginning it would get icicles and lock up with ice half pushed out of the maker. Because of the reviews, I purchased this model which has the second lower ice maker, which is slow, but works flawlessly. We've given up on the upper ice maker. When we first purchased, we immediately had three problems (beyond the ice maker issue): Flaw in door handle paint, noisy fan, and when you open the freezer drawer, it would randomly create a loud SNAP sound like you were breaking a piece of plastic. They fixed all three under warranty. The fan had to be replaced twice. It just looks like a computer fan in the back under the cover. It would whine like it was dying. I do not recall how long we have had this refrigerator. I’m thinking about two years. The front of it is covered in dings. Yes, we have small children and they end up hitting it, but our previous refrigerator lasted 15 years and never had a ding from when our older children were going up. Samsung saved money by making the metal thin. Another problem is that it is starting to rust under the paint near the water/ice dispenser. Again, we have small children and they drip and overflow the drip pan, but so did our older children on the previous Kenmore refrigerator and we never had rusting before. It should be sealed so that the water does not run back under the paint. We almost didn’t purchase the refrigerator because we had a Samsung washing machine that was repaired three times within the first year. It’s been about 6 years now and it hasn’t had any other mechanical failures, but it is rusting under the back lip, even though we keep the lid open when not in use. Maybe every manufacture is made cheap now, but I do not think that I will ever buy a Samsung product again. Our refrigerator is a couple years old and it is so ugly on the outside from the dings and rust that we are going to have to purchase a new one. :-(

We bought this fridge as an open box item and got a great deal on it. The freezer ice tray was missing but Samsung won't replace it; guess I'll have to figure out how to buy one. Besides some minor dents and scratches, it has worked perfectly since we got it. It is HUGE inside! Plenty of storage for refrigerated and frozen stuff, with drawers and dividers to make things organized. Room for gallon sized containers and other (2-liter bottles) large containers on the doors. The LED lighting makes the interior much brighter than the regular lightbulb in other fridges. I love the icemaker in the fridge area; and there's a second one in the freezer if you need additional ice. Extremely quiet compressors; doesn't produce too much heat. The water and ice dispersers on the door are very handy. The only annoyance so far: the ice dispenser on the door drips after using it, and not all the drips get caught in the drip tray, so we have to be constantly wiping the drips or we'll have water spots on the door.

We love the capacity and style of this fridge. No problems so far. The fridge is simple and easy to use. It's large enough for our family of 6. Love the dual ice makers. Have had several parties since purchase and the ice never ran out. The sales team at Best buy were great and I loved their price match guarantee.

Bought this refrigerator about a month back and so far am very pleased with the product. It is HUGE and yet quite flexible with the top slide-in shelf to accommodate 2-litre bottles and such. The water and ice dispenser works great and the LED lighting and internal lighting gives it a great look and feel. Overall, very satisfied in the short time I have had it.

The fridge has been performing well since we bought it 2 months ago. It's very quiet and keeps everything at the right temperature. The only complaint is the two ice makers work too well. I've turned one off and still have plenty of ice for everything (you can turn either or both ice makers on or off from the front panel--very cool). If we have a party some time, I'll fire up the other ice maker, but for now it's off.
