    Had the unit about 1.5 months now and find that the ice and water is totally unusable due to extremely bad taste of plastic in both the ice and water. Samsung tells me that this is normal(WHAT???). They told me it could take up to 3 months for the taste of plastic to disappear.

    We bought this and everything started out great. Within six months we had issues with the ice machine not working. Warranty did cover it however it was a pain in the butt to deal with.

    doesn't allow you to use refrigerator if you wantto get ice and water from the other door. both doors need to be closed. freezer drawer doesn't open far enoughto get things in back easily.

    The upper ice bin continues to ice over and the deli drawer makes cheese melt/get soft. Wish I never bought this thing.

    The top ice maker kept freezing up and stopped working, freezer kept getting a lot of frost build up,samsung sent a repairman 4 times it was never fixed Luckily I had bought extended warranty from Best buy so I replaced it with a LG that works great

    I bought this so I would not need to do so much bending over to reach items on bottom shelves. This refrigerator has a lot of room - I love all the door shelf space too. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is that it only has one adjustable shelf to allow large items. The ice dispenser makes ice ver fast and dispenses half moon shape cubed ice - the crushed ice comes out slower, but it is truly crushed and not chunks. My grand kids like it as snow cone ice.

    Worse refrigerator I’ve ever bought. Constantly stops cooling in the fridge part. Purchased 2015 and having issues since last year. Gave a start bc couldn’t give a negative star

    THIS WAS A FLOOR MODEL. HAD TO BUY/WOULD NOT HOLD 1 DAY. GOT HOME AND REFRIGERATOR WAS TOO BIG. CALLED NEXT DAY TO CANCEL. ADVISED ON PHONE DID NOT WANT. 2 MONTHS LATER STILL BILLED FOR IT. ADVISED WAITING FOR PICKUP. MASS CONFUSION. NEVER AGAIN
