Buy something other than a Samsung Best Buy management has been truly disappointing at trying to offer customer service

I read all the reviews for Samsung , Whirlpool and LG. We selected the Samsung due to the large capacity, dual ice maker, freezer on the bottom and the bright interior. We looked at the 4 door refrigerators and decided that we needed space instead of the sliding 4 door. This was a good choice now. I thought that having the 4th sliding door would be a good feature but it does make the refrigerator space smaller for larger items, especially for the Thanksgiving turkey. We have no regrets. The refrigerator is very quiet. Ice maker makes enough ice and is also very quiet. No issues with fingerprints with the kids on the stainless doors. Delivery and installation by Best Buy was great. Delivered on specified date and time. We are very happy. Haven't filled it it to capacity yet. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The refrigerator was delivered in a timely fashion, and the delivery people were very careful in removing the old unit and installing the new, larger one. They provided reasonable instructions for set up and use. This unit is much bigger than I really need, but the price was too good compared to smaller french door units. The interior is well organized with lots of shelf space and inside door storage and several compartments. I have had no problems with refrigerator or freezer temp control. The in door water dispenser does drop for a second or 2 after you stop the water, but if you just leave the glass there it is not a big deal. The freezer is more than large enough, and the top sliding drawer is very handy. Having 2 ice-makers is nice, especially for entertaining. The stainless steel exterior does show fingerprints easily, and it is not magnetic to attach photos etc. I have had the unit for only a month or so, but this far it works well.

I've had this refridgerator for two days, and so far, I'm very, very pleased. We upgraded from a badly-designed 26 cubic foot refrigerator to this monster - it took everything in our old fridge and had plenty of room to spare. Initial impressions: Love the two icemakers (the one in the freezer is pretty slow) French doors take a little while getting used to after you've had a side-by-side for a long time. Plenty of space for EVERYTHING and then some. The long flat deli tray would be better as two thin drawers so you didn't always have to open both sides of the fridge to get something out. Water comes out of the door dispenser nice and fast. I'll update this as time goes by to share any probloems or frustrations.

I have a large family. My husband and I have been blessed with 6 children. So, naturally we needed a larger refrigerator. This has more than enough room for us. It is quiet, it stays cool, the ice cube size is great. I no longer use the crushed ice feature because they are small enough. I love the shelf that slides back and there is a shelf that folds up to leave room for taller things. I honestly can't say a bad thing about this. Really the ratings should all be 5 stars. I know there are people not giving it 5 stars because it is stainless steel and there will be fingerprints. It is not hard to clean if you buy the cleaner for stainless steel. Really not hard to do at all. We couldn't be happier. Just to give you an idea of what the bottom drawer holds in the refrigerator.. I can fit 24 yogurts, a big bag of cheese sticks, 1 dozen eggs, 5 1 lb blocks of cheese, 2 lb of lunch meat, 2lb of deli sliced cheese, 2 sticks of butter, and I still have room in that 1 drawer. that leaves the other 2 bins and all the shelves still to go.

If I could give this refrigerator more stars, I would! With the adjustable shelves, there is almost nothing that won't fit. I love that the doors have gallon-size shelves. The refrigerator and freezer maintain a constant temperature which can be monitored from the front panel. My produce lasts longer than ever. The second ice-maker in the freezer is great for parties. Don't hesitate, buy this refrigerator! You'll love it.

I really like the refrigerator. The space and lighting is great. It's so much easier to find things in the refrigerator compared to my previous side by side. This model has 2 ice makers. I really like that and find it is sometimes easier to scoop ice from the lower ice compartment than to have it feed through the door. I somewhat part I dislike the main freezer compartment because it's difficult to organize the space with such a deep drawer. Other than that, it's a really nice appliance.

This fridge is too good to be true. I host a lot of parties and I couldn't do it with out the help of this fridge. This 32 cubic feet fridge is great for my party trays and dual ice maker really live up to its name, "The Master of Ice Makers!" This fridge is perfect for our family. The layout makes it easy access and LED lighting makes the interior like a show room. You definately won't miss food. It's energy efficient and runs quite. Definately recommend having a serivce to install this because this bad boy is a monster! Best fridge ever!

Would not buy a Samsung fridge ever again. Returned and got an LG love the LG

OK, I just took delivery of this a day or so ago, so if anything changes I will either edit this or make a new one. Delivery was perfect!! The Samsung RF323TEDBSR 31.6 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator took only 2 hours to cool down to the -2 freezer and 37 degrees as I set it for. Ice started to come out within 4 hours and 24 hours later the top ice maker is full of ice!!!! and the bottom is about 1/4 so far (I use LOTS of ice), Now I also threw out the first 2 batches of ice as everyone should, to make sure any contaminant if any is gone (this should be done with any frig), also you should run the water for 5 minutes, throwing out that first 5 minutes of water, always do the first 5 minutes after a filter change also. Switching from cubed ice to crushed works great, it does take a little but to clear all the crushed ice, BUT that should be expected!! Now we do get a white ice, nothing wrong at all and this is from a quote on the net I found about white ice "the white part you see inside the ice cubes is formed by oxygen. clear ice, as seen in ice sculptures, is vibrated though out the freezing process which allows all air to rise to the service and hence freeze clear ". Now for room, just one word HUGE!!! I put both my older 2 freezer's into this one, and all my frig stuff, with lots of room left. Now for noise, it is not as quiet as my 20 year old fridge (that I have not owned for 10 years now) but my last frig was noisy also, I think at this time the noise is fine, not that noisy at all compared to my last frig. It is a little noisy when running the water and ice but nothing at all that bothersome. I love the controls, the LED lighting, design, well I love this fridge. I can't explain any negative comment on this fridge, but came to a conclusion that any negative either does not like samsung, they got a lemon (I am sorry if you do), or those are just too rough (self damage). That it for now (also this fridge can be had for a good discount at the moment, price match, etc...) . If you read this much, then just go buy it you will not regret it!!!!

When my wife and I got this fridge, delivery was a challenge. The unit wouldn't fit through our front door. The delivery guys had to remove the freezer drawer and open the refrigerator doors (while moving the fridge into the house) to get it in through the front door. Once in, everything looked great. The fridge is easy to use, and very intuitive. It looks beautiful, and allows for nice customization of shelf spacing. Overall, after an exhaustive evaluation process, we are happy we settled on this refrigerator. Unfortunately, we had a problem right out of the gate; the lower ice maker wasn't making any ice. From my own troubleshooting, it seemed that there was very little water going into the unit. I called Samsung, and was transferred quickly to the person who could help me. After doing some basic troubleshooting with the technician, it was determined that a service call would be needed. The service call was scheduled for a few days out. One slight issue that was easily corrected is that Samsung scheduled an appointment with me, but their system doesn't see the availability of their servicing subcontractor. Therefore, the servicing subcontractor had to call me again to schedule our appointment, even though I thought I had a firm time already set. The subcontractor couldn't meet the original time that I scheduled with Samsung. After a bit of begging, they said they could meet the time. So, if you have to schedule anything with Samsung, consider that appointment to be tentative. Once the service technician arrived onsite, he started checking out the fridge. This guy was obviously a professional (both in terms of attitude and knowledge). He determined that the unit had a faulty water valve, and it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, since this is such a new unit, they didn't have the supply of parts on the truck, and the part had to be ordered. The technician said that I could always call Best Buy and get a new fridge (his offer was to be helpful, not to get out of repairing the unit). However, I was more worried about the delivery process causing a problem (like scratching my floors) than being without the secondary ice maker, so I asked him to go ahead and order the part. We went a week with only one ice maker. I'm tempted to make some comment about how difficult it was, but someone may take me seriously. Honestly, we had plenty of ice just from the upper ice maker, and never noticed a shortage. After a week, we got the call to reschedule, and the technician showed up again to finish the repair. He was able to get the repair done quickly, and everything worked fine after he left. I write all this long winded detail so that you can feel confident that if there is a problem with your unit, you have both Best Buy and Samsung to count on for support. I had no issues with anyone I spoke with, and everything was handled very well. I do feel that the "thru-the-door" ice dispenser takes a bit long to start dispensing ice. I'm used to ice basically starting instantly when I push the lever in, and this fridge takes somewhere around a full second to start dispensing ice once the lever is pushed. It's NOT a huge deal, but something I noticed. At any rate, I asked the technician about this, and he told me that there are multiple sensors that have to make sure the doors are shut before dispensing ice, since the ice dispenser has moving parts that could be dangerous if your hand got caught in them. I'm not sure if that's the full reason, but it's good enough for me. We love this fridge, and I'm sure you will, too. If this was helpful, hit me with a thumbs up or a nice comment!

This Samsung refrigerator stands apart from the rest. At almost 32 cu. ft. it gives more than enough room. The LED lighting illuminates every corner. Bottom freezer gives you easy access to your product. Also like the flexible shelving for those tall items. A nice feature is the separate thru the door ice and water. The cool select pantry and it's flexable temperature option is great for party trays and other foods that needs to be kept at a different temperatures from the rest of the refrigerator. Another great feature is the dual ice maker. You will have a hard time running out of ice. With are new Samsung dishwasher it gives the kitchen a updated look. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung for offering a quality product at a great price.

After selling my Maytag French Door Refrigerator that I had owned unhappily for 5 years, I was quite sure I did not want another one due to capacity and very few shelves in the doors (which hold a lot more than you think!). However after much searching and comparing the French Door and Side-by-Sides, we purchased the Samsung and LOVE it! It is the greatest French Door I have seen on the market. There are 6 door shelves (this saves so much room in your actual refrigerator). The capacity is large, it has dual ice makers (one regular and one in the bottom freezer which can be turned off when full), and we have been very pleased. Best Buy also had the best price by far, plus being a Rewards Member, we received a $75 Best Buy Rewards to spend at a later date. Best Buy also offered a 30 day money back guarantee, and if I did not like it after getting it home, they would pick it up and exchange it or return my money. Thanks Best Buy!!!!

I bought this fridge to replace an older fridge. The space available and the moveable shelves make this so easy to store anything from 2 liter bottles, to leftovers in tupperware. There is so much door space it is hard to comprehend. There are no "dark" spots in the fridge, the lighting is great. Within two days of plugging in we had plenty of ice made. The freezer also has plenty of space. We were able to move all the contents of our deep freeze into this fridge which will in turn save us more money by not having the deep freeze running anymore.

The refrigerator is a little deeper than any I've had before. The extra space is great. The dual ice-makers are wonderful. Runs quietly. The layout of the shelves are good. The meat tray keeps cheese well. Only had it two weeks so still in love with the new space. The unit is heavy! Don't try to do this yourself unless you need a worker's comp claim. The best result is that it's made my wife happy with all the storage space for her cooking projects.

I purchased the fridge a week ago and so far I am satisfied. Dual ice makers work well and fridge is quiet. I am a realist and understand the ice makers are not suppose to provide enough ice to handle an entire baseball team for hours. Delivery was delayed, but I won't penalize Samsung for Best Buy scheduling too many deliveries in one day.

I have never written a product review but like this so much that I am! This is a wonderful refrigerator for a family. I can put all my groceries in from a big shopping trip and still have room to spare. It easily holds large pans and large containers. It runs quietly. The interior lights are amazing, no more lost food!

We purchased this with our new home knowing that we wanted to maximize the storage in the main fridge. I'm hopeful that we won't even hook up our second fridge because this is so large. There is a slight hum when the unit kicks in that you can hear if the room is quiet. It creates a TON of ice between the top and bottom units, so be careful not to accidentally turn on the lower ice maker unless you want/need it. We haven't yet filled it to capacity. This looks beautiful in the kitchen and I'm so pleased we did not go with a countertop depth fridge. This doesn't stick out much at all and because Samsung puts the stainless on the sides of the door, it looks great where it does. I cannot speak to longevity yet as we've had it about a month.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. The space is unbelieveable. When I unloaded my old side by side frig into this one, I could have done it twice and still had space available. I was worried about the bottom freezer not holding enough, but that has not been the case. I would certainly recommend this refrigerator!!

Overall no complaints. It does get dirty easily. Very spacious and powerful.
