    SInce day one, had problems with this refrigerator. Door ice cubes stuck on crushed, impossible to get cubes via door. Freezer has air leak and items we put in freezer get freezer burn so we use freezer for short storage only. Anything stored for long period gets ruined. Put calls into Samsung about issues and never heard from them so I guess they didn't care. Have had for 2 years and still using refrigerator and still have the same problems
