The new 4 door refrigerator is outstanding. Not only does it have more room than other models but it also provides for more organization of food items. My only complain is the ice maker its small.

Plenty of room. Well lit. Love the French door freezer. Just wish there was a meat/cheese drawer in the fridge. Love the flex side of the freezer- great for parties!

My wife and I had been shopping for a bigger refrigerator for the past year. We liked the looks of the large french door models with a bottom freezer and almost decided to purchase one, but kept hearing from friends how bad the bottom freezer was for organizing and finding items. Then we saw this Samsung and it seemed to suit our needs perfectly. The top area is large and holds so much. Our only complaint is that we could use a 3rd deli drawer. We need a drawer for meats, veggies, and cheeses. Solved the problem using a Sterilite modular drawer on one of the shelves for our cheese items (see attached pic). The interior lighting is bright and illuminates the entire fridge. Right now we are using both bottom areas as freezer storage. But in the years ahead once the kids have grown and moved out, I can see us using one side for chilling wine. :-) The freezer has a lot of space and is easy to keep organized with the drawers and slide out shelves. As others have pointed out, the ice dispenser is a little slower to dispense than expected, but not really a big deal. It makes good ice and the crushed ice works well. Would have been nice to have the option of a second ice maker in the bottom freezer like Samsung does on some other models. The exterior stainless steel doors have a anti-fingerprint coating that really works and is super easy to keep clean and nice looking compared to the stainless trim on our Samsung washer and dryer. All stainless appliances should have this coating. This fridge makes no noise at all, I cannot hear the compressors running. The in door water and ice dispenser is taller than the one on the Kenmore fridge it replaced. Large glasses fit easily. We really like the recessed door handles, our Kitchen has an island and it is nicer to walk between the fridge and island without catching your arm on the protruding door handles of the old fridge. Also, since we have an island, accessing the freezer is much easier using the two doors than it would have been with a single bottom drawer on the other french door models. We are very happy with our purchase.

First off, make sure you buy from a store that offers "white glove" home delivery... I purchased from Best Buy - when they delivered the first unit they found upon installing that the water dispenser was not working... Had to take it back and wait for 2 more weeks to get another unit... Luckily, the 2nd unit installed ok with everything working... I bought this unit because I wanted more storage space versus the side-by-side that we had previously... Well, in that regard the new unit is very nice... I'm using the convertible zone as a refrigerator - putting all produce there... That leaves the main refrigerated zone for all other food - plenty of space... Even large pans of food fit since the shelves are very deep... Now the not so good... My wife and kids have difficulty to reach items on the higher shelves... The shelves are higher up (the fridge is taller than most) and deep - hard to pull things from the back... The way the shelves are spaced (as delivered) seems to indicate that gallon jugs and drinks should be placed on the doors with the deep shelves... However, I've noticed that the stuff placed on the doors don't seem to be as cold as the food placed within the refrigerator... I've had to reduce the temperature in the refrigerator to compensate, but the doors still don't seem cold enough... The outside is fairly fingerprint prone, but it cleans up easily with a wipe from a wet sponge or vinegar water... Same goes for the water/ice dispenser area - gets dirty very easily... Not a deal breaker - seems to be a common issue with anything stainless steel... Overall, I'm happy with the purchase... it was a lot of money, but I got what I wanted which was more storage space... the few negatives are far outweighed by the positives... just make sure you get a good unit delivered before you take ownership (i.e. I wouldn't pick up at the store - make sure they deliver and test)... It only takes one bad experience. With that said I will never ever buy another Samsung product again after this last experience. For the last two weeks I've been dealing with Samsung and the most awful horrible unprofessional customer service in 2015. They refuse to just take care of a customer as a priority, My $3600 refrigerator that is less than two years old and all I get is ma'am we will get back to you ma'am you will have to wait 24 to 48 hours ma'am you will have to wait 24 to 72 hours ma'am it's being processed now no ma'am you cannot speak to supervisor I heard what you said ma'am I will not let you speak to supervisor!! oh and ma'am you will just have to wait for your refund we don't know when that will be. Most disgusted by the Samsung Company . Top Compressor not repairable .

This is the best refrigerator we have ever owned! Quiet operation, awesome ice machine production, plenty of storage with the optional choice of frig or freezer in fourth compartment gives great flexibility. Very large piece of equipment!

This fridge looks absolutely gorgeous. It's big, no doubt about it, but it doesn't look overly-big, and it's comparable in size to other fridges of this cubic footage. The best feature is the lower right compartment which can be set to either fridge or freezer mode. We use this compartment as a beverage fridge. In the main upper section, I can tell fruits and vegetables are lasting longer than with the previous fridge we had. There is plenty of lighting, and space for everything. The Best Buy delivery guys were very professional. They took their time and knew how to get this beast of a fridge (400 pounds) into the house and through a narrow hallway, without buggering up anything.

I bought this refridgater for my parents. So far they love it. It was a decision between the four door or the bottom pull drawer freezer. They love the space that it offers and the option to make the one side of the freezer to a fridge.

This fridge has it all, space, design, works well for the flex drawer, especially for younger children to have the freedom to have their own snacks where they can reach. The downside is that 13 months after the purchase this wonderful product became a 406 lb garage decoration. I noticed that the upper half of the unit would not cool to the specified temperature and stays between 46 and 48F. I called Samsung and told them that other reviews had this problem as well, and even though it wasn't in warranty they needed to set up the repair for me. Once the technician arrived he helped me get through the nightmare that is Samsung customer support and get the process started of getting either an exchange or a (pro-rated) refund. The Samsung repair technician advised to take the refund and find a different brand or model. It also may be weeks before I get a refund, as dealing with Samsung customer service is not quick and painless as they would like for you to think. Very disappointed. For those of you, like me, who read the reviews and think that its an exception, take a minute to look up irreparable issue associated with this fridge. I have found more than a handful of reviews, some are lucky enough for it to happen in warranty, however most of us it happens between 12 - 18 months after purchase.

Excellent for following reasons: 1. Space. There is so much space in this refrigerator. No wasted space either. 2. Design/Looks. It just looks fantastic with the placement of handles and digital screen above the water/ice dispenser. 3. Sturdy. I heard this style of doors is better and won't break easily. 4. Functional. Ice maker is great.

I've had this refrigerator for 3 weeks now , it has not given me 1 problem it is very spacious and I love the flexibility of the door that you can change temperature to fridge or freezer or very cold without freezing anything . I had to remove all doors to get into my house which was a hassle but it was worth it cause its the fridge I wanted with all the features I demanded

Not only is this refrigerator beautiful and huge, from a capacity standpoint, the "convertible zone" area is the most innovative, and useful refrigeration concept I've ever seen. It has four settings and one of them is called "soft freeze". This is the ideal freezer setting for meats, fish, and poultry that one want to keep frozen. Alternatively, if the owner is one who stores lots of beverages for cooling (i.e., beer, wine, soft drinks, juices) the highest temperature setting for this convertible zone is ideal.

TONS of room inside, great ice maker, and who wouldn't LOVE The optional fourth section that can be a freezer or soft chill, Or chill or regular refrigerator!! Love the Chill option great for wine and other drinks!

It has been working amazing for years. Only need to run defrost o. Ice maker once a quarter. Has held up to 4 kids. The flex door has been loved.

It's a great fridge overall. I love being able to use the bottom portion as a fridge to store beverages. My only complaints is that the ice makers tends to crush ice even in cube mode and the location of the water dispenser makes it to where it doesn't always hit the cup so you have to place your hand behind the cup and push the levee dispenser so the water stream doesn't miss. Also I had to take the doors off the fridge to get it into my house.

Have been using this massive Samsung for a few weeks now. So far so good. Lots of room to store food. Love the 4 doors. The true test will come after 1-2 years of service. I would recommend this Samsung to anyone as of today.

Very pleased with everything about the refrigerator: shelf arrangement (adjustable), bins in the doors (I don't use the dividers), I really enjoy the deep drawers in the convertible refrigerator (plenty of space for large heads of lettuce etc.). I had a large side-by-side refrigerator, however, I needed more space since I buy in bulk, gallon jars and live on a farm (many cartons of eggs etc.). It produces plenty of ice (We drink gallons of brewed ice tea. The freshly hot brewed tea requires a lot of ice.)

Bought this fridge for the space. We had 2 adults move in to our house. My wife and I love the four doors and how 3 sections can be used for the refrigerator space, since we don't keep many frozen foods. We have adequate space. We have had no problems with the technology, seems simple to use. Doors and inside drawers are functional and sturdy

Would highly recommend this TOP OF THE LINE SAMSUNG unit! I LOVE the four door feature and the option of being able to change one of the bottom freezer units to refrigerator if I choose to. This unit is designed with SUPER cosmetic appeal. It is very attractive with its sleek line design with no protruding handles. It does not require much attention to detail to keep it shiny and smudge free. The unit is HUGE and roomy inside which seems to make it easier to keep things visibly organized. The 4 doors is a very useful design. It's a Nice looking fridge and we are very happy.
