    I bought a TV that was open box. It was labeled as in excellent condition. I got it home and pulled it out and found the frame and the screen were cracked. I took it back the next day. I half expected to get hassled and instead was allowed an exchange for a brand new TV for no additional charge.

    Love Samsung quality and price. Purchased a 32" for the bedroom. Even tho the screen size is smaller, the screen quality is still fantastic. It is great to know that I can count on Samsung to carry all the products I need. Would take a lot for me to consider any other brand than Samsung.
