I cannot get the volume increased.

I cant get it resolved and I am very displeased with this purchase. I want this fixed,. My husband just passed and I need the TV to work in the kitchen so I am not so lonely and scared without him here. Please help me. I need some special assistance to get this TVs volume increased.

Decent entry level

Obviously does not have the high black level or UHD of the more expensive ones. Is not a smart TV but I didn't want one for a 32'' screen. You will loose a bit of sharpness when viewed to the extreme right or left. Again, I was aware of this before it was purchased but the TV does offer good viewing.

Samsung TV

Once I read some of the instructions, by myself- and I'm not very tech savvy- I was able to hook everything up, including my Amazon Fire Stick- and get the TV up and running.
