    I first bought this for my mom, it was an open box deal and when I went to set it up the TV would not turn off and was missing the stand. After an email to Best Buy customer service, they told me to take back and BB gave me a brand new TV. Great customer service.

    We needed a smaller TV for one of the bedrooms. We have a TiVo Mini and didn't need a smart TV so this was perfect. The display is good and we don't have any problems with the sound as others mentioned.

    If you don't want a smart tv, this is the way to go. I have mine hooked up to a cable box and a PS game console. I use the game console to get my Netflix. I have everything i need. This is the second time I bought this TV, the first one had an accident.
