Great gift purchase from my best friend!

It had pretty good reviews unlike other flat screens that the main complaint was sound. The sound was great on this set and so far so good. Just don't keep moving the flat screen around and it won't break. At & 199.99 it was a bargain but I purchased the extended warranty anyway.

Samsung Rocks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I searched FOR QUITE SOME TIME (over a year!) for the right flat-screen TV (Samsung consistently had the highest consumer ratings followed by Vizio) at the right price with customer service back-up. Best Buy has CONSTANT sales in addition to the 'price match guarantee', and the Geek Squad support is inexpensive as well as reliable. I've had EXCELLENT experiences with the knowledgeable personnel at Best Buy and was even able to 'engineer' this purchase by having my neighbor deliver the money for me as I had been in a car accident which left me with TWO broken legs! Once again; Thank You, Best Buy, for always providing a superior shopping experience and great personnel from sales to service to the super-courteous delivery!!

Great value for the $

This was a gift for someone a little hard of hearing, so that is a little disappointing. It's still a good TV, it's just an annoyance.

Great HDTV for the price

She doesn't need the "smart" tv, just something that works. This HDTV worked perfect. The remote has big enough buttons for her to see and use without issue, and the picture is just what you'd expect from Samsung. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

okay TV.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The T.V works great, was easy to set up and has a nice picture but the sounds is awful, it sound like it's coming out of a tin can, no bass and the speakers point to the back of the T.V. I had to finally buy a Samsung sound bar with a woofer to get decent sound.
