    I purchased this tv as an open box deal about a month ago and just hooked it up yesterday. I was just looking for an extra tv for a bedroom. There are some issues with the volume as when you hit the button to move it up or down it visually changes but the sound does not. When you hit the mute button nothing happens. The only way to change anything is to adjust to a new level then turn the tv off. When the tv is turned back in the volume level will be at the new setting. Unfortunately none of this was mentioned when I purchased as open box special.
