I bough 2 TVs and had to return both to get two more that all had the same problem. After turning the TVs on and letting them warm up, I would turn them off to here a buzzing noise. It could not be heard unless it was silent in the house but trying to sleep with that noise was impossible. Went with a different brand name of TVs and have had no problems. They sales people said it was my electrical but I have never had a problem with my other TVs I think it was this batch that had something wrong with them. Usually Samsung is such a reliable brand name but not in this case.

Great picture. sound and color. Only drawback was the cost of setting it up. For tyhe amount of time taken, it should have been half the price.

Easy to assemble. Seems durable enough. Picture quality not very good. Played Uncharted Lost Legacy on the PS4. No amount of calibration will help. Pass on this TV.

I was in the market for a new television for my bedroom and wanted something with size and quality. I looked at quite a few TV's both online and in store and read quite a few reviews before settling on this one and I couldn't be happier. This TV was easy to set up out of the box and has given me absolutely no issues in terms of quality. I would definitely recommend this.

I think it just has a Samsung name on it. not worth the extra money. No difference between a Vizio 720 and this one in pic quality but much more money!

I purchased this tv 6 months ago. Yesterday, it started turning itself on right after I would turn it off. It has been doing this for 2 days. I called Samsung and they told me I had to take it in for service. The service company they gave me is about an hour from my house. I have tried to call the service company all morning and all I get is a busy signal! I am truly disappointed in Samsung. I won't be buying another Samsung television.

I'm very happy with my Samsung 1080p HDTV purchase so far - just purchased at Bestbuy on 1/14/2016. In the large Bestbuy store space, this Samsung 32" tv on display looked much smaller than my 720p Sony 32" HDTV I was replacing (but it was the 32" on display); when I got it home and set up in my bedroom, I saw it is not smaller than my Sony 32". In my small bedroom space sitting on the tv stand, the size is perfect; the picture is beautiful; the sound is great! I don't know why some of the reviewers stated the sound is horrible &/or not loud enough. I have the volume level on 50 (out of 100); 30 would probably be loud enough if I didn't have noisy neighbors above me. I was worried about the sound after reading the negative reviews and learning the speakers are on bottom instead of front, but I worried for nothing. I went ahead & purchased at this great sale price based on the many positive reviews instead. Maybe the negative reviewers had this 32" tv in a space that's too big like a large living room or large bedroom. I originally bought my 32" Sony tv for my big entertainment center in a large living room and it did not work out (tv too small) so I put it in my small bedroom which was perfect & bought a 46" tv for my living room which was also perfect. TV size does matter relative to space size for it! I've been upset with Bestbuy for awhile, so I'm not giving this great review for them - it's for anyone who wants help with making a right purchase decision for a great deal. For this price of $199 for this Samsung 1080p tv, it's really a nice sweet deal for a small room - to enjoy a beautiful picture and great sound!!

The speakers blew recently. I was expecting the TV to last longer than 5 years.

1. Picture - Great 2. Sound - Good as expected from small tv. Wish for more aggressive auto volume correction 3. Setup- went well. 4. Purchased at a open box discount and was reall a good cost to value ratio.

Terrible sound. Picture quality not great. Spend more money for better quality

32" TV was delivered in a 54" long box. The TV had some bubble wrap around it, but was generally free to bounce around in the box. The box contained only the TV. No power cord. No remote. No owner's manual. Nothing !! I called Best Buy & was told it was not possible for them to send me the missing material. My only option was to return the TV.

Love this TV, super light and thin, great colors dark blacks. great sound. we put this in our room which is small, so its perfect.

Very poor audio quality. Would have been fine if there was actually a way to hook into stereo or external speakers. There is an optical audio output that can be converted to analog for a price, but will not allow volume control from the remote.

I was surprised that that the picture quality was so grainy on a Samsung panel. I connected this to my mac and my Apple TV via HDMI and was disappointed with the picture quality. The sound quality was also poor, but then I'm noticing that more and more, I think the manufacturers want you to buy the sound bars as well.

Samsung used to be a good brand. Very disappointed with this TV. Screen was bumped in one small place while setting up and entire display is ruined. Neither Best Buy or Samsung is willing to give any credit. Samsung will be happy to charge us more to take a look at it. Hard earned money gone.

Speakers suck I should bring this TV back I am not a happy camper.

I can't really give this TV a good review. I had it at home and it didn't fit the wall-mount bracket that I took into the store with me to be sure it would fit. TV might have been fine, but the clerk who helped me couldn't have cared less if it would work for me or not.

Picture stunk. No input jacks. No cables. Can't believe Samsung put its name on this piece of junk. Brought it back the next day & got a completely different TV. This one was like a monitor only. Never buy a TV online.

I find it frustrating that the last 3 items purchased from Best Buy, did not work. In this case we could not get a replacenent for the TV purchased. Best Buy....you need to do a better job.
