The picture is crystal clear and very sharp. Just the right size to not overpower the bedroom

I was impressed by the features compared to other recently purchased TV’s of the same size / price. TV is being used as a PC Monitor for show displays and everyone was impressed by the resolution / color depth. Great feature list (although most won’t be used), but ability to auto-play videos removed the need for an external PC to run presentations.

Using this as a computer monitor and it does fine. Just have to remember to set your color space and chroma subsampling correctly in your video card driver settings when using the HDMI ports or the colors look washed out and fuzzy. Handles 1920x1080p at 60hz refresh resolution just fine through HDMI.

I love my TV! Bought it in 2016 for my bedroom and I can't say enough good things about it. It is 2022 and it still looks and works like it's brand new.

This TV is perfect for a gift I had purchased for my Mother. Her eyesight is not that good & due to the screen resolution (and price), this was certainly the best choice for what she wanted/needed.

My family has been a Samsung customer for years! We have several of their TV's, tablets and phones and have really come to love the brand. When I wanted a replacement TV for our bedroom, choosing a Samsung was a no-brainer. But man, was I disappointed. My first clue should've been the weight of the box. It seemed more of the weight of a laptop than a TV! There does not seem to be much to TV’s nowadays, which evidently takes a toll on the sound on TV’s. Once I had it home it set-up quickly, but immediately I recognized a total lack of quality sound compared to our previous TVs. I gave it a couple of days to see if I could get used to the sound, but the tinny sound really ruined the TV watching experience. I returned it to Best Buy and attempted to find a Smart TV that had decent speakers. I have no idea if there is such a thing at BB, but their salesperson certainly didn't know! He said all TV's have the speakers pointed down or to the back and that nowadays everyone adds a sound bar. Ok, buy a $150 soundbar for my $230 TV. That doesn't make sense. I stopped at another store only to be met by another salesperson that really didn’t know his product. Meantime, my wife thought that we could use a bit bigger TV, so instead of looking for another 32” TV, we bumped up to a 40”. I resorted to the Internet where Sharp FHD LC-40N5000U received high marks for picture and sound. I couldn’t find it locally so I ordered it in. It just arrived and, so far, I am very pleased with it. Great picture and sound. It’s also a Smart TV. I haven’t played with the apps yet, but look forward to doing so. The apps on the Samsung work ok, but they’re slow. Sorry Samsung, but I CANNOT recommend the Samsung UN32J5003AFXZA, and I am now concerned about any of your TV’s.

I use this for my gaming PC monitor it works great exclamation point 1080p 60 frames per second. Another great Samsung device

we bought 2 for media presentations at our church. they worked amazingly and the audio has been fantastic!

Well, this TV was great, until after 8 months. One day the sound went out. The next day the TV stopped working completely. I am old school, and don't really keep up with, nor do I want to keep up with all the technology of today. I know very little. That being said, I called customer service at Samsung twice and was told 2 different things that were WAY over my head. I just bought this TV to WATCH TV, no hook ups of any kind that this TV would do, just an antenna! So then I had to go to the trouble of finding a repair shop that was an authorized Samsung repair shop. Of course I had to do without TV for over a week, but on the bright side, at least Samsung covered the cost, as the TV is under warranty for 1 year. Also. the problem was that the Main Board went out and had to be replaced.

In trying to mount this tv to a mount already set up for my old tv, I wanted to throw it out the window. What a frustrating experience!. There aren't any screws included to mount it. I had to go on a couple of websites to see what other customers had done to fix the problem. I feel like it is lazy and cheap of Samsung to not include the correct hardware to hanging the TV.
