I love this monitor it fits well on my desk and its super fast

The television part is pretty clear but there is a serious problem with the the television holding it’s wifi connection. This problem gets worse over time.

I purchased this TV because I was happy with my Samsung 27" TV and wanted one larger. I must have missed the reviews on this one. The sound is terrible, and the picture is not as sharp as my other TV was.. I was able to brighten the picture, but sound adjustments did nothing. Bummer!!

I had this TV for about a month, I ordered it for Christmas on Cyber Monday, and now I know why they say to never buy electronics around Black Friday. After using the TV for about a month I picked up up off of my desk to clean the dust of of my desk. I gently set it down on my bed, finished cleaning, turned it back on, and an LCD panel malfunctioned or broke. So after $289 and a month of use. It was dead. Took it to Best Buy, the refused to refund or replace it, and claimed that I was lying about how it broke. They refunded my warranty (which covered absolutely nothing to be honest) and sent me on my way. I will never do business with Best Buy ever again. Their lack of effort and consideration to the fact that they sold me a defective product is embarrassing and inexcusable. Learned my lesson!

Sound is not that good and picture is ok. I remember the days when getting a smaller TV didn't mean you had to compromise picture and sound. I guess this is the new reality of TV manufacturing today. For this TV, You have to increase all sound settings under the equalizer settings to get the sound to be ok. It still sounds hollow. The picture is too dark and you have to mess with those settings too. If the power goes out, the TV changes back to Store Demo mode and you have to change it to Home Mode. I shouldn't have to keep doing that.

When changing channels a black screen will appear for a few seconds before the picture changes . the channel change isn't immediate as on my other 2 year old version of the same model . Is annoying when surfing channels. Sound quality not as good as older one. Should have taken it back during the 14 day return window but we were wrestling with the time warner conversion to all digital and install of the adaptors.

I got this on sale, so it is fine for a bedroom or backup tv.
