This was my 3rd Smart TV from Samsung and I must admit that although the picture quality is nice the Smart TV functions are really lacking options. There are fewer truly useable apps and the entire interface is cartoonie. Maybe the 36" and up are better?

Great picture, and my first smart tv! Love it! The only thing I don't like is the auto darkening in low light. Sure it is just a setting I haven't changed yet.

Very good picture ok sound, scans quickly [for antenna channels], easy setup, still works well after 5 years [ unlike the LG which died after 6 yrs]

Bought mine for $275 on sale around black Friday. Regular price is more than that but if you can buy it for $300 it is a great deal. The smart TV features are a little slow, but I imagine that is to be expected for a smart TV under $500. So far so good.

Enjoying the Samsung Smart TV purchased simply to watch Youtube movies.on a bigger HDTV screen. The only drawback is in using the fast forward or reverse buttons to reset the movie. Instead of reversing or fast forwarding it skips to the last or next movie, which forces you to restart the entire movie..

I bought Apple because I hate Microsoft operating systems and the changes over the last 10 years. I love my Macbook Pro it is a learning curve but it is easier to use than Microsoft Operating Systems. I love what I am learning and love the way I can use the new "mouse" and the security is so mcuh safer.

Got this on Black Friday sale and turns out to be the best tv in my house. Great picture. Great sound. Easy to use and set up. Definetly worth the price

Have never used a Smart TV previously. It is complicated and not very user friendly. The picture quality is good, but the apps are difficult to set up and access. I have 3 other Samsung televisions, but I would not purchase this one again.

I bought it for my 15 year old daughter and she just loves it. It takes great pictures and it is easy to work. The camera does so much for the money.

I really like this tv. I have it in my bedroom and it has all the apps i need. The only thing I don't like is that it takes a while to connect to the wi-fi. I have to wait about 3-4 min before i can start watching Netflix.

I purchased this TV as a gift for my mother-in-law. She loves it! She didn't want anything too big, but she wanted to be able to go on the internet on the TV and this fit the bill. She is very happy with it. I love Samsung TV products.

Finally upgraded to a flat screen and this once has such a great picture and is so easy to use! Definitely worth getting the Smart TV version

Bought this for an aging bedroom tv and what a difference. Smart features seem quick enough. Picture is great. Would definitely recommend.

Great tv, screen size looks bigger, easy to access and easy to use apps. The resolution adjust to light in the room and it sounds great!

Needed a bedroom tv for my daughter. Great picture, netflix and pandora. What else can someone ask for. Best Buy price was par with online pricing. Overall happy customer.

I specifically bought this television because of positive reviews and because I did not want to buy cable. I am very pleased with my decision and thanks to best buy I got sound advice from the staff and a great value.

Samsung has been in my family for years. Its another product we have bought thru Best Buy. I know value when I see it. I just finished purchasing a new Samsung Side by Side with an outer door. Beautiful. Saved $1000.00.

good tv has a few quirks - like it would not restart a movie when we put it to pause, we eventually had to restart the Netflex program and then the movie restarted where it had left off This might have been a Netflex issue and maybe not the tv. has not done it since.

Great tv color is awesome and the smart tv is the best. All your apps at your fingertip.
