The sales person was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and even sugegsted that we sign - up for a Best Buy Card to get additional savings, Didn't feel pressured into buying extended warranties. Overall experience was very pleasant.

All the bells & whistles

Great picture

Also like that if there's a problem with the TV you can call Samsung and they can remote into your TV and fix the issue. Only down side is when I attempt to go into Netflix sometimes if have to shut off the TV for a second. I think that it may be a issue with Netflix app. Will wait and see if they come out with a update soon.

Great extra TV
