Unfortunately my Samsung had one damaged HDMI output and it didn't work with my IPad. Had to return it and get a different brand name.

Hard to understand and use--upset that Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy which didn't give time to evaluate the TV.

Resolution is good, I'm running it via thunderbolt->HDMI and extended monitor mode. 1920x1080. Text is very readable and there is no flicker that would cause eye strain. I'm surprised and pleased with it as a monitor. You do need to use the remote to go to tools->picture size and set to 'screen fit' to size it properly, but after that you're good to go! I did play with the other features of the TV. Initial setup is easy but time consuming. I joined it to my wifi network without difficulty, but the upgrades took almost half an hour. Once that was complete however it's network connected and ready to go. Hit the 'smart hub' button on the remote and you'll be taken to a default list of apps. Netflix was the one I was interested in. I signed in with my account and it properly allowed me to select my profile. Once into the app you'll find it's a bit difficult to navigate. No clue as to how you should search, you can only scroll around and select things. Selecting a movie, you'll find it might take long time to load. The quality on newer movies is typically great HD. Try to do anything in the movie such as FF, turn on subtitles, etc... however and things can go bad quick. At one point the movie started a slow motion jerky frame by frame thing and I was unable to exit the subtitles menu or do anything at all with the remote. I had to unplug the TV to get it back. It's a nice idea to have wifi and built in apps on your TV. If they work. The good news is this is just software and can be improved. The TV itself has a very nice sharp picture, works great as a monitor and isn't ultra spendy. My rating is based on this rather than the quality of the apps.

Tv is ok except I think the smart part is gimmicky. Netflix doesn't even work half the time

Even with our high speed internet Netflix still does not stream correct

This model don't support all the smart tv apps. Get a newer model.

This is a replacement Samsung tv since that last one I bought had to returned twice because it did not show a picture. Disappointed with Samsung. Will think twice about purchasing another Samsung tv

Purchased this for a bedroom. The size is nice and doesn't take up too much space. The picture quality is unmatched. I own TV's from the other brands, Pioneer and Vizio. All brands are quality brands, but Samsung has that extra sharp picture that the others just can't achieve. Overall, a very high quality TV. The SMART functions are well worth the extra $$.

My tv was left outside my front door and it could have been taken.

After approximately 18 months it looks like this TV will need to be replaced. Didn't purchase warranty. So just know it won't stand up to Samsung name. If you buy it don't forget the protection plan.

Perfect entry to mid-level TV. Nice crisp, clear picture. Easy to set up right out of the box. Only issues some may find is the lack of more HDMI inputs and ARC. It only has two HDMI ports which, if you have a cable box, a Blu-ray player & a game console, you'll have to purchase a multi HDMI box or a receiver with a HDMI out port. The lack of ARC isn't a big deal really. Most Entry/Mid-level TV's don't have it, but if you want to run your audio through a receiver it would be a nice option instead of having to purchase a digital optical cable. Set up was easy to do. Plug it in, turn it on and the first thing it does is take you through setting up channels and WiFi. I can't attest to the sound quality because I have the speakers turned off and just use my receiver for sound. The apps seem to work well, at least Hulu and Netflix do. I haven't tried any of the others. All in all, if you're looking for a 32" TV for a bedroom or small living room this TV is a great choice.

I was forced to upgrade when my 10 year old Sony was dying. Because of space limitations in my current TV cabinet, had to go with this size for now until I purchase a new cabinet for a larger TV when this one will then go to the bedroom. Have had this now for a couple of months & am happy so far with this TV, good sound & great picture. I bought it on sale a couple of months ago & noticed now the price is even lower! So it's an even better value now for anyone looking for this size!

The clarity and sound is elite while the smart technology allows for easy setup and the apps make for a great viewing experience. I bought it for a workout room and have found myself watching TV and using the net in that room without even hooking up a cable, all through the wifi.

Bought open box and tv went bad right after warranty expired. Cost to repair was ridiculous.

I bought this TV in the 32" after researching which was the best choice for my price range. Spent an extra $80 and upgraded from the 28" 720p to the 32" 1080p, which was a good choice So far, I love this TV. I especially like the HDMI and USB slots since sometimes the usb slots are non-existant. But I do have a question... There's been a lot of talk about Samsung smart TV's recording sound and video. Does this particular model do that too? This TV is amazing! I got it for abot $250 on Black Friday, I was really in need of a new TV, and there were cheaper ones, but adding just about $30.00 to have the built in wifi/smart tv capable is a whole new game changer. I highly doubt that I could have bought it at regular price, since back then the tv was about $100-150 higher in price, and I would have not been able to afford it. Over all, this TV met and exceeded all of my expectations, there is SOO many things it can do. Hope it lasts me a while.

I love the picture quality and sound. My biggest complaint is that the smart features like Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. are extremely slow with long lag times. I ended up just connecting my Roku to it and don't even use the smart features anymore. Setup was easy. And aside from the smart features being very poor and Smart Hub being clunky to use, it's a decent TV.

Love the TV. The picture is excellent and the Smart part allow connection to my computer for streaming or whatever.
