The setup was easy, the picture looks great connected to their HD cable box, and it's got a fairly nice full sound out of the speakers. For the price you can't go wrong...

Average TV for a great price

The image quality is good and the interface is pretty easy to use. My biggest complaint would be the speed of the TV itself. There is a noticeable delay in pressing a button on the remote and having the TV respond. Note that this is only within the smart tv section, normal channel and volume controls are fine. The other thing I didn't like was the wifi receiver is very weak. I have other wireless devices in the room that connect with full signal but the TV for some reason only gets one bar. Very frustrating at times.

Unable to watch movies or shows via internet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were excited to purchase our first smart tv and the wifi setup was really easy. Unfortunately, the tv does not come loaded with Flash Player and you need that application to watch most movies or shows through Xfinity/Comcast. It turns out Samsung's web browser is not compatible with Flash Player so you can't even download/install the app yourself. Since we can't watch tv shows or movies through our Comcast account, I'm returning the tv tomorrow.

Great picture, terrible volume
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using the SMART TV features we notice that the volume is terrible. When watching movies on Netflix the volume is at maximum (100) and the conversation within the movie is hardly discernible!

Terrible-Dont Buy

Not worth the headache

The TV freezes during streaming constantly, the sound stops during streaming constantly, and when I try to exit out of the Smarthub at the first sign of a problem-the TV freezes! I have to unplug it every time (in order to get back to "regular" TV) which is every day! I returned to Best Buy within their 14 day requirement-but it is the same with the second TV-which I knew would be the case. Would NEVER purchase this again. You are better off with an outside streaming connection. Bummer!

Horrible tv and horrible customer service

Samsung refused to work with me to have it fixed without me having to pay huge shipping costs and repair costs even though tv was still under warranty. Not worth it!! Didn't work well when it "did work"

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you want a really horrible tv that is liable to have the main board go out the day you buy it, this is the tv for you, if you are Into returning products the day after you buy it this is for you. I'd just assume draw a picture on a piece of paper and stare at it rather then Attempt to watch tv on this piece of fecal matter. Other then the fact it broke within one day the features are horrible and the tv lags. Samsung usually makes good tvs but not this one
