    I have called in for help to improve the image quality. I think the settings may be off. It is aligned with my cable and my cable carrier helped a bit, but it is still not showing the image it should show!

    We're a longtime Samsung family, so replaced our ancient Samsung with this new one. Picture is not clear, and color is poor. Remote doesn't sync w/Comcast remote. Didn't set up t.v. until after return period. Plus, competitors had on sale for $10 less a couple of weeks later. Overall, we're very disappointed.

    Very disappointing and considered returning for a better TV but thought I would give it a few weeks to see if I liked it any better. It still has a lot of flaws and am considering returning and paying a little more for a better brand...paid $300.00 and felt this would give me a decent TV but I was wrong.
