I used to have a SONY that had great closed captioning text (large and easy to read). This Samsung has such small lettering in closed captioning that it is not worth using. I had no idea there was this much variation between brands and models. Also, the instructions that came with the tv are so tiny and so light (grey, not black type) that you need to use a magnifying glass to read them. It is hard to get a clear picture, and sound is either too deep or too high.

I needed a new tv for the master bedroom and for the price for this LED television I had to buy it! Such a great deal for the quality of the screen and how it is so clear.

Had this TV for almost a year and now the sound quit working on the non-DTV channels. Unable to find the problem and fix it, even working/chatting with Samsung techs. Had to take it in for repair. Fortunately still within the warranty time of 1 yr.

This tv is great for a second tv. I have it in my bedroom. The sound from the tv itself is tinny. A home theater system of some sort is a must to enjoy this for any length of time.

Bought tv for a guest room and it serves it's purpose. Got it for a good price so it was worth it.

My favorite thing about this TV is that it plays video files directly off a USB stick! The sad thing is there are 0 audio outputs, so I can't use a wireless headset at night.

This is a welcome addition to our master bedroom, with great picture clarity. The sound, however, is a bit awkward and does not spread through the room.

Purchased the TV and was very happy with the picture quality. Does not have digital output, which seems it should be standard on a new TV.

Great TV for the price. This was purchased for our bedroom where 32" is the PERFECT size anything smaller is hard to see and anything bigger belongs in a Bachelors bedroom which i am not.

Sure would be nice for the remote to be able to control the other devices connected to the TV. Buttons are there but not useable for DVD player. It means that the remote is useless for most people who have other devices connected to the TV....you must get a universal remote. I did like the customer service which got you to a "live" person very quickly....but they couldn't help with a hardware deficiency on the remote.

I use this as an extra monitor for work, it's great for the price, but the picture quality is not as good as my Mac. Overall though it's great to have the extra workspace.

Wish I had never spent the money, because I can not make the internet portion work. I was more familiar with the old DVDE player

My parents needed to replace a 27" old style T.V., so I took them a 32: flat screen. They didn't think the picture was big enough and had me return for a larger screen.

This is my 5th Samsung TV, once again Samsung has proven to me that the are the leaders in the best LCD/LED TV categories

Got this TV free from a bigger TV purchase. For the price they selling it it is not so bad.

The factory and Best Buy specs remain incorrect on this TV. It has no auxiliary audio outputs, not even a headphone jack. Why can't this info be corrected? Home theater setups are important to some customers.

Bought this as a HDTV for college freshman, bought at same time as a 60" for a great deal. Salesman at Okemos,MI store made a good deal for this television.

I got this item free with the purchase of my Samsung un55es7500. But for a second room tv this item is great.

Samsung is a good brand. In addition to other reviews, I'd suggest you to buy Roku 3 or Google TV then it becomes smart.
