    Worst Purchase ever!!

    I bought this TV Feb 2012. In May we had a storm that caused a power surge to break through a power surge protector and fried my TV. Sent it in May to have it fixed. They replaced the Motherboard and also replaced power supply. Took 2-3 weeks to get it back. Had it for a month and had to take it back in late June to have motherboard replaced AGAIN. Just today it went out again and the motherboard has to be replaced again! Either it's a poor TV or the repair service is terrible, or both! It can't be replaced til it's hit the "lemon limit" of having it sent out 3 times, the 4th time you have an issue with it they replace it, but with what? The same TV? When the TV is working, it's great! But I've had it about 6 months and have had it sent in for repair 3 times. Very sad!

    Had to scrap when only 15 month old.

    Went on the blink when 15 months old...took it to a Samsung repair facility...was told it was a problem with the panel and would not be worth repairing...needless to say the warranty expired after 12 months...totally dissatisfied with the reliability of this product..will never buy another Samsung product!

    We have Directv and when we plug in the HDMI cable there is no AV output to the external receiver to power our house speakers. Is there any way to get output to the receiver. The receiver does not have HDMI.

    This was my first Samsung, I have only bought Sony's for the last 30 years and figured give it a try and save a couple of bucks. It is ok nothing special, spend the few extra dollars and purchase a Sony.

    Picture Good / Sound Bad

    We were very disappointed with the sound. Speakers are in the back, and since we have it in a cabinet, the sound echoes badly. Tried to buy a sound bar to help the problem, but found out none will connect to this TV, because there are no audio/out connections.

    1080p just went on sale for $4.00 more than I paid for 720p. Would have waited the month. Make me wait on purchases in the future from Best Buy

    I BOUGHT A 32'' SAMSUNG SMART T.V. FOR MY SON 2-3 MONTHS AGO IT QUIT WORKING. WHY CAN'T I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ?
