i purchased this TV to replace a 'off-brand' TV that conked out just as the warranty expired. I've purchased Samsung in the past and should have learned that you get what you pay for, and from my experience, Samsung is "The Best"! And what made this purchase even 'sweeter'... Best Buy had the best price around for this purchase!

It's always scary when you buy a "smart" anything that the item will be so much smarter than you are that it's futile setting it up. Not the case here. Step by step instructions clear enough even for a novice and first time smart t.v. owner. The only missing thing is a keyboard to help when you're logging into your accounts!

This is a good TV for the price. Picture and sound quality is what you would expect, but launching the apps(Netflix) though the TV take some time to load.

Typically, Samsung televisions are reliable although not my favorite. This particular set I bought must have been a lemon. I had to turn the tv off and on again on occasion to be able to use the remote and there were issues connecting to WiFi. I returned it to the store and went with another brand.

Love this brand, and the variety of apps included with the TV were better than others I considered buying. It was a gift for my husband and he loves it!

I did a lot of researching trying to find a television comparable to the Westinghouse which my kitten knocked over and broke this one seem to come close to it and I took the chance with going with a smart TV not sure that I'm going to use all the features yet but the fact that I have it in my house for later is a good thing

I bought 2 of these tv's for my condo in Panama City beach Florida. We did this because we have Samsung tv's in our home in Indiana

We just needed a small TV to replace our kitchen TV because the two tv's we had that weren't HD tv's quit working with uverse, so we came in and bought a new one . Turns out Uverse still wouldn't work with the new one either but it's great having extra room on the island with the lightweight flat screen t.v. and it works great. Love it.
