remote did not work correctly

After installing the tv the remote control volume would go to full volume. I could use my other remote on this tv so I knew remote was the problem. I was told I would still have to take tv down and rebox it to exchange the remote.

There is no 3.5 audio output jack! (Is Samsung reading Apple's playbook?). But optical output works well, independent from speakers so you can have them both on. Takes almost a minute to connect to wireless.
