My wife liked the image on this one, even though it meant getting Internet as part of the package. However, it turned out that we have been using the YouTube app to get news from Al Jazeera. So we are both as satisfied with the Internet service as we are with our cable connection.

I am finding it difficult to adjust the picture to fit the entire screen correctly

Checking over computer monitors I came up with a brainstorm, why not spend an exact amount for smart TV that a high-end monitor would cost? I get high resolution, on TV as a monitor would supply, plus with all the other benefits. Just love it when I do something smart.

Needed a new TV for my bedroom. Had heard a rumour that TWC was going to start charging for "adapters" for satellite sets that don't have a cable box. This TV allowed me to download the TWC app and I now have access to all the channels I have on the set with the cable box.

Works good. Looks good. Can connect YouTube from iPhone and iPad directly. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is because the Web Browser is way too slow. But I guess it is the same for any smart TV. Seriously, I got my moneys worth.

The picture is very good as can be expected from Samsung but the sound is tinny. I haven't yet figured out how to add an external speaker. But since this is in the bedroom and isn't the main television it's adequate though somewhat annoying.

I was disappointed in the picture quality. Doesn't compare to our LG Smart TV

Sound is a little pichty. Good for the price but went up $50 after Christmas

Wireless connection extremely weak . Impossible to watch YouTube videos.

Great color quality and functionality. Rated 4 instead of 5 because sound could be better and the TV stand/feet is disappointing. My last Samsung had a sturdy metal pedestal. and this one has little plastic boomerangs that I now have to prop up to get the height of my last TV.

Ensure internet speed is fast enough for all the features of this tv

I went through several other Samsung tv's that were lower models. The smart hub took forever to work. This TV works a lot better smart Hub works fast the Auto dim feature is nice and the remote lights up which is really nice at night. Great overall Tv.

I like my TV quite a bit, but it takes a ridiculous amount of time to be ready to load apps like Netflix. I was also hoping it would be a lot easier to wirelessly connect my devices to the tv, but the best option for my phone seems to be an unnecessarily complicated and sluggish app.

This model has a poor sound, model 5201-5203 and 6201-6203 are better

I have no complaints about samsung tv's in general. I only bought this one, because I broke to previous samsung glass screen swatting a fly. So far it has lived up to my expectations of being smart.

The one complaint about this TV is that the smart features are not available until the TV has been on a few minutes. Don't expect to be able to turn on the TV and immediately launch Netflix. Live TV is immediately available but it takes some warm up time for the apps to come available.

We needed a TV in the bedroom and this fit the bill perfectly. Sound quality isn't as good as we're used to but it suits our needs as just a secondary TV to watch in the morning while I get ready for the day or at night when my husband falls asleep. Good TV for the price.

Needed something for the bedroom and wanted a smart tv. A couple of weeks, my Hulu subscription worked and now can't get the app to work. I'm back to streaming Hulu on my laptop or tablet. I love the clarity of the picture.

I love the picture clarity and sleekness of the TV. My only disappointment was learning that I can't get HBO GO as an app. I probably should have researched that beforehand, but I assumed all smart TVs would have it. I would recommend the TV to anyone who doesn't want to have HBO GO.

this is my second samsung tv, after buying a 48" samsung tried this one, same as first (smart) only smaller. as with the first purchase the only complaint is smart hub takes a few minutes to access after turning tv on.other then that no complaints
