I purchased this because it was priced where I wanted it, once I got it home and used it for a day, I decided to return it. I purchased the 65" Samsung 4K as a replacement, yes it was about 2K more, but well worth the investment..

Picture quality is great but has poor performance with regards to its OS. You have to wait a few minutes before you could start some apps. Wifi connection drops frequently even when router is just few meters away.

Overall it is good, But Picture quality could be better when compared to price (I checked other brands with low price range like Vizio they have a great picture quality and brightness), If you want a good brand then go for it, Otherwise there are lot more options

Sales rep at Best Buy told me on 32 inch sets I really didn't need 1080 and to save a few bucks and go with the 720. Obviously I disregarded the advice and bought this 1080 HDTV. Down side? Seems one "smart feature" only works with Samsung smartphones and not my iPhone.

I love having a big screen but for some reason my settings say that it's at 150% but it still doesn't fill the entire monitor. I'll have to talk with Geek Squad to see if they can resolve it. Just wish it was more user friendly so I could figure it out on my own.

We installed this in the kitchen. The WiFi takes a little time getting going when first turned on. The WiFi is the only thing that gets used on this unit as there are not any other wired connections other than power, and had to have that installed. A very good choice.

It's a good tv, but smart tvs should not be as complicated

I am very pleased with this purchase. Samsung manufactures a quality product. We have 3 tv's and they are all samsungs. The color is fantastic. I am still learning about all the new features. I look forward to many years of enjoying my new tv.

I love Samsung products. I've had multiple phones and tablets. I'm not too impressed with this Smart TV though. I do not care for the Samsung App Store. I wish there were more options available such as the Xfinity and NBC apps. The picture quality and sound are okay.

We purchased this tv to put in our entertainment center, it is perfect. We researched this tv prior to purchasing, there were good reviews and it is most compatible with direct tv hook ups. We are planning on purchasing another one soon.

While I really love the picture quality, I am less impressed with the Smart TV function. It is so much slower than our ROKU stick on other tvs in the house.

It doesn't compare to the 36" picture tube we replaced.

We bought this tv for our Grandson he uses it in his room and enjoys it very much We have several Samsung products we are very satisfied with all of them

I purchased this television for my kids' playroom so they could watch movies or stream cartoons. It works great for the smaller room with minimal sound features and smaller speakers. If you want sound with this television don't forget an external sound source.

This is a little bulky behind the TV to set it up on the wall. Does not seem to sit flat on the wall as it has all the connected behind the TV vs. on the side. This take a lot of space between the wall and the TV. Picture quality is just OK.

Pretty good product, only draw back is the sound quality which is sometimes static-y. Not sure what is causing the distortion but notice it happens more when there is a lot of while on the screen. other than that is it a pretty good inexpensive tv.

This tv is not user friendly. The remote is not back-lit so you can't see it in the dark. The tv or smart features crash a lot and takes four steps to set the sleep feature. Would never repurchase.

This is a "more than" TV in a guest room and is rarely used and yet when I am in the room cleaning or my grandkids hide out in there to watch TV I hear no complaints. Great clarity on the screen and ALL the extras work.

Bought this television so that when we could upgrade to more on the internet, we could. Have not taken the time yet to go through the online tutorial to learn how to maximize the use of this television. As far as a television, it works wonderfully.

In a remote room of the house this Smart TV's features provide excellent WiFi capability and video steaming from the internet. These are the reasons why I selected it.
