I bought this tv from Georgetown,Tx store. I was allowed to look different tv and at right time sales associate approached me and provided different options. He help me to find me right tv. Thank you bestbuy

I bought this tv for my husbands garage. It was easy to hook up and install by myself. The only complaint he has is, he said the sound is a little "tinny". He is going to get a sound bar to help with that. Other than that, he really likes it.

Finally updated all of my outdated "big box" televisions. I am sure my guests will be delighted with this new lightweight TV, which provides for a clearer picture screen (not to mention access to NETFLIX).

I bought this TV for the built in web browser. It works pretty well, but after I had the TV a week I bought the Apple TV box for it.......now I think I should have bought a cheaper TV instead because I use my Apple TV all the time.

Great picture. I like the screen mirroring ability with my Samsung phone. Only minus is the base. It is very narrow. My cat has knocked the TV over twice. Mounted it on the wall with a simple bracket sold separately. Problem solved.

The picture on this TV is perfect. The sound is very weak. I understand the speakers on this TV is similar to those used on a laptop/tablet so the sound quality is very poor. If great sound is not required by you, this is a great TV.

My only complaint is that the TV will not connect to the cable box by using the remote. I called Samsung and they say to unplug the TV and replug. This worked but it has to be done each time. I use a power strip to turn on and off.

I really like my new tv. I like the ability to go on the internet through the tv and the ability to easily choose between my firestick or Roku or Tv.

What someone else mentioned about the delay once you turn it on is right.....it takes quite a few minutes before you can open netflix after you turn it on. Legs are pretty cheap

Needed new tv for infrequent use in small area and this purchase is just right. Works fine with our Dish Network & Netflix uses. Haven't added a sound bar so audio quality a little harsh. Excellent price.

The only issue with this TV is how long it takes to load ANY of the apps after you turn on the tv. It has a warm up time of almost 3 minutes. Quality otherwise is fantastic.

I made my choice weeks before based on customer reviews and all the features I was looking for. This was the only size I was considering to buy. The TV has not disappointed me at all. It is great!!

We purchased this TV for our child because it was on sale and past positive experiences with Samsung TVs. We didn't want anything too big, and this one has SmartTV features and decent specs. No complaints thus far.

This smart tv is great. The video quality is very good. Sound not so good. Input selection just the right amount. I recommend this product but get an external audio output.

I'm loving my new TV, had a very old box tv,(yes I still one) and the color was going bad, so I had to break down and buy a new tv. Enjoying looking at a tv with great colors. Thank you!

We needed an inexpensive TV for my 12 year old. She was paying for it with birthday money. We both agreed that Samsung would be a good choice. We have s Samsung and have been very happy with it.

I purchased this T.V. about a month ago. Got a great deal on an open box (less than half the regular price!). So far I've really enjoyed it, but the sound quality is not that great, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Plugged in the TV and half the screen was colored lines with no text or image. The text on the other half flickered on and off. Took it back the next morning for a refund.

A soundbar would be a good improvement. The stand leaves much to be desired, my previous Samsung 32 inch TV had a much more stable stand. This one tips to easily. A wall mount would be a good consideration.

Great T.V., great picture and good quality but......was wanting to use this as a monitor and it has NO HEADPHONE AUXILIARY plug-in! Other than that good buy.
