I have this set in my bedroom where I watch netflix on occasion. My only negative is that when I press the Samsung remote it is very slow to respond. If I set thebsleep timer or request to change a program it is slow to respond. For thqt reason I would recommend buying a better quality set as my other, higher end Samsungs are quick. I was trying to be economical. I can live with it bit if I knew I would have gotten the better model.

The sound quality is horrible from this TV. It sounds like you are in a cave listening to the TV a football field away. I bought this TV to watch TV and on demand programs with the built in apps and I had to wait 5-10 minutes each time the TV was turned on before these apps started working.

I bought this smart TV to replace an old one I gave to my daughter several years ago. The grandkids can now watch Netflix movies in the living room. They love it!!

bought this as Christmas gift. the recipient absolutely loves it. no complaints and would buy again.

If you're planning to buy this TV you'll need to be able to hook it up to your home theater or you'll have to buy a sound bar. The speakers that come with the TV set technology back to the 1950's. I did both so I can listen to YouTube music videos with the sound cranked up. It's fine for that. It's an okay TV with an okay picture. Surfing the web is slow, slow, slow but that's what computers are for I guess. Also it's crashes when loading a second song once in a while but it's only a few seconds to back up and reload. I'm happy with my purchase.

The only issue i see is when you turn on the tv and try to open smart hub and any app it says preparing the tv please try again and then after a few minutes it works fine

Wonderful TV and great value for the price. Highly recommend. This is for a small bedroom where an Xbox is set to use it for game play and netflix. Highly recommend

This Samsang Smart T.V. is great! I got it to replace my Vizio, that I gave to my daughter. I swapped all tv's out in my house for Samsungs! So far I'm loving it!

Bought this tv for my wife so she can watch all her boring Cooking shows and Lifetime movies. Glad she can enjoy telivision all day while I'm at work busting my aszz

Been buying Samsung TV's for several years and have had no problems with them. Also have always been very satisfied with service and help obtained at Best Buy.

I returned this a couple days after setting it up. It kept freezing on me, and then would load Netflix really slow. I don't think it was my internet, because the computer was acting just fine.

This Samsung was a terrific choice for a college student who knows how to hook up all the technology that the tv has available. And the sale price was phenonomal!

Very good product, but a little dark picture & not the easiest to adjust. Also, when you you use the smart hub feature about a 1/3 rd of the time it says the tv has to load & try later.

Samsung continues to improve their products. We have bought 2 televisions and a refrigerator in the last few months and all are above average performance.

Picture is very good quality. Action is smooth and clear. The sound is a little off. Probably because I use a sound system with my big TV.

The base legs do not stay on. The T.V. It tips over at the slightest movement. Propped it up with a heavy radio behind it. I think that the screws that hold the legs on are too short. It's very annoying to keep having to put the legs back on- And if it falls the wrong way, the T.V. will break. I do not want to mount it on the wall, but I am sure that it would solve the problem for someone who wants a wall mounted T.V.

I purchased an earlier version of this TV 2.5 years ago. The LED lights failed, in my opinion way too quickly. LED's are supposed to be long lasting. Hopefully this one will be better.

The television is great. We have not had any issues with it. It works great. We use it for watching cable and do not take advantage of its other features.

I use this HDTV as a monitor. I do a lot of genealogy and read many documents. This size helps to make it easier to figure out scriptwriting, or unknown to many, cursive writing.
