    Great TV. I cannot get my DVD and VCR to play in color. Cannot get my stereo to play through the TV speakers.

    I love Samsung products and have owned many of their Tv's. Unfortunately this product does not meet my expectations primarily because the sound quality is terrible. I am not hard of hearing but the volume is turned all the way up and I cannot hear the program if there is any other noise in the room. The set is too small to consider investing in a sound bar.

    Although this is supposed to be a smart TV, I can't even get Netflix on it. Samsung says it is because of "single strength" but that doesn't hold water as I have a router extender and the single tests strong. Half the time I must "sign in" to Netflix which should not be necessary and the other half I get a Wait for the TV to prepare itself. The TV is junk.
