The original tv only worked a few months and then stopped. Took it in to geek squad and it was still covered by manufactur warranty. Tv was replaced. We are only a few weeks into the new tv but seems to be fine

The only thing I don't like about it is when you turn the tv on it takes a few minutes before you can use the apps, other than that I am glad I purchased it.

This isn't about the tv rather that Best Buy sold me a broken TV and then wouldn't exchange it or give me a refund. Horrible customer service and very disrespectful assosciates. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Its alright, i bought it for sons' room. its kind of slow loading the apps like netflix, and even while watching a show it will stop to buffer. i guess it was ok for the open box price that i paid for.

The sound cut out after about 40 minutes when watching netflix. The sound was fine with DVD's, cable etc. Netflix also worked fine on all other devices in the house. Between Netflix and Samsung I spent over 3 hours on the phone to try and resolve the problem. Netflix had never had this issue and wanted Samsung to reinstall the Netflix app on the TV. Samsung could not reinstall the app as it is permanently installed with in the TV. They claimed it was a Netflix issue and would do nothing for me and treated me as if I knew nothing about technology and stated I could not return the TV. Luckily I phoned Best Buy and returned the TV with no problem and the Tech in the return center also stated it sounded like a TV issue not a Netflix issue. I ended up buying an Insignia TV and a ROKU stick. This instance made me leery about buying a Samsung device (if there customer service is that rude) and even a Smart TV if these issue can happen. I'd rather spend the $50 on a Roku stick if that goes bad then hundreds of dollors on a new TV

TV works fine but have had problems with connections to my DVD player to play DVD's. So far no help, may have to take it to or have a tech person come over to see what the problem is.

This was an open box item that apparently never was inspected. The screen was broken and there were no screws for the base or a remote controller. On top of that, when I attempted to return the item to my neighborhood BestBuy store and exchange it for a similar item, I was unable to do so because, so I was told, "the system went down", a claim that is very discouraging considering that BestBuy purports to be an "electronics" expert.

I gave it 3 stars because the sound is horrible on this TV. Now I have to save up fro a soundbar. Bought 2 TV's and 1 is NOT a smart TV and the sound is really good on it.

Apart from the sound that really sucks its a good TV. Does not help that one cannot simply plug a speaker into it. Uses an optical output which is a pain to add to.

I found the set up kind of tedious and not very easy, wasn't my favorite. I didn't really like the remote, so I returned it and got a TV that better suited what I liked.

TV worked great the first time. Had to ship to a show and voila it wasn't working by the next show. Very fragile TV and thin packaging makes it not very durable.

The television is nice, but I believe samsung's "improvements" were unnecessary. The model that was released before is much better as far as look and accessibility.

I didn't realize that not all smart tv's didn't have Bluetooth. My bad for not asking

Bought then replaced this tv as the base on which it stands will only fit a flat surface of 40 inches or bigger.

First, should of gotten a lareger size, Second, not crazy about the remote size, Finally, really dislike the Smart hub, too slow direction keys too small

The TV is a little cumbersome to use without the remote, and it takes a while to initialize the apps. Overall it's an ok TV for the price.

OK TV. We returned it for two reasons. 1. We couldn't get the HDMI connection to work. 2. Decided it was too small for the intended location.

Good resolution but really bad sound. Do not know why Samsung made TV with such a bad sound like this one. However, with $190 I can live with it.

Love Samsung but it's a bit slow when opening apps on the smart hub. Tv needs time to prepare apps for opening which is a bit of a inconvience.

I recommend this tv for those people who would like purchase a tv to watching movies and cartoons, but for gaming the tv is not a good choice.
