Went through 4 of these, each with its own problem. The first had a dead pixel, followed by crackling speakers, followed by bad LEDs.

I was very disappointed in the open boxed item and the treatment I recieved from a Geek Squad technician who inserted himself into the situation while I was returning this tv. Its obvious that the tv wasn't checked out by someone competent and should have never been offered for sale. The customer service person was very helpful. I found the Geek Squad in Kingston NY to be baffling ly rude, the store manager apologetic but unhelpful and the guy who stands at the door to look for shoplifters treated me like a terrorist when I asked for the Geek Squad technician's name. Ro think all I wanted was to return a tv and buy a new one. I went next door to Target and bought an LG. They were great.

The image was dark and could not be adjusted enough to improve it. I returned it for an Insignia and was very impressed with the Insignia.

I wish 4k tv's would be available on these small tv sizes, otherwise it would have a 5

Like what I see so far but REALLY need step by step directions for complete set up to get the most out of this product.

The tv is great for the price. The smart tv portion is slow to start up but works well. The sound is not great but is ok.

The screen is always staticky until you push the smart hub button. every time I turn it off and turn it back on I have to set it up all over again. I tried to put a screen saver so I don't have to listen to the static but it won't let me. This tv is very annoying because it requires a lot more than I want to give.

Incredibly light easy to move but I am left than thrilled by the picture quality, I expected more from Samsung

Ok tv, sound isn't what I had on my old Samsung. I do like that I can access netflex with out other hookups.

We bought it to replace a 32" flat screen and it was no where near the same size...never turned it on

to much delay to access the menu and others TV features, Smart TV didn't work at all! Samsung never again!

Hood tv great picture hard to setup wifi though we got it going

I love my television although all the features are not clear on there usage in the instructions.

The tv wasn't all that bad. Whenever I turned the tv on I couldn't switch to smart mode/Netflix/YouTube right away. I would have to wait for a few minutes otherwise it would need to refresh and I would have to wait again. It was so frustrating that I returned it and bought the LG brand instead, which did not have that issue

Got the unit and was happy at first.. I honestly didn't not read any reviews nor did I look online for any issues with the model. And BOY do I wish I would have... To anyone please Google search these words "Samsung made noise then shut off".. your will find countless sites and uploads with and without video describing the exact scenario I encountered.... Unit will make a buzzing noise then shut off... And Samsung is aware of this in fact a class action lawsuit with some specific models were affected and covered while some we're not even thought they suffered same issue..cannot for any reason justify the problems you will seeing you search the words I m mentionedioned above. I like Samsung alot but they dropped the ball on this one. Ultimately it threw it away and bought a Roku 32inch model insignia brand as I already was out of the original cost .....

Average tv. Sound is terrible and the picture is mediocre. Wouldn't recommend!

The TV did not have the holes to mount on a generic wall mount. Had to return the TV.

Smart Hub is a bit slow and takes a minute before you can start using apps.

I had to return it because it was horrible. Froze a lot and graphics were terrible
