I have a home business doing sewing. I wanted a TV that would allow me to use my bluetooth headset to be able to hear the TV over the noise of the sewing machine. I found a transmitter device online that would allow me to do that, but this TV doesn't have a headphone jack. The TV is useless to me. Wish I coukd return it, but it I bought it over 30 days ago, so I suspect it is probably too late.

The call to Samsung was poorly done after spending 45 minutes (off and on hold) to talk to a service rep that had poor English speaking. He gave me the name and address of the nearest facility after another 30 minutes. I had to drive the TV to the nearest Samsung repair facility( 45 minutes one way). It took 2 weeks as he had to replace 2 parts. One part had to be returned as it was broken and he had to wait for the replacement part. I had no problems after the TV was fixed.

We bought and brought home not 1, not 2, but 3 !!! of these Samsung TVs and then summarily returned all three. Not a one of them worked properly. The first one's picture would dim over time, I would readjust, it would dim...etc. The second and third would power on, then off, then on, then off... all by itself. I was not pleased with Best Buy's handling of this fiasco, "here, take another one home"... we bought a Sony somewhere else and it is working perfectly.

Nice as a bedroom TV! Size and clarity along with a reasonable price made it a excellent choice !

I'm a fan of Samsung TVs. I bought this as a Christmas gift to replace my Mom's old bedroom TV. It's lightweight and much wider than the old TV was. The bedroom probably could have used an even larger TV with how the dimensions changed. I really like that it has an HDMI port. Since it has 2 HDMI ports there aren't really any more needed for this bedroom TV. I love Samsung's Smart Hub. I do notice it has a slower reaction time than the TV I own but I think that is partially because it is running over wi-fi instead of being plugged directly into the router. I wish the motion rate was 120Hz instead of 60Hz. Outside of that I have no complaints. I think it is a wonderful TV with a great picture and I love the Smart features.

Had to return it for different Tv. Poor sound and picture quality. Worked with Samsung techs and they said to return it

TV looks great. Very happy with the picture & sound quality. I had no trouble setting it up. This is my first Smart TV. The receiver has 5ghz capability, and Netflix loads much faster than on my other TV with a BluRay player and a 2.4ghz connection. It took me longer to get the stupid stand legs on than to set-up the TV. My previous TV had a single middle mount stand. This one wouldn't fit on the table without one end extending over the edge. Probably won't bother most folks.

I wouldn't buy this. This was a 2015 tv and the Smarttv is slow and outdated but its "updated" so far.

Needed a new phone for my son, Samsung had a promo. We got this set for$40. Quite the bargain. Thanks BB

Sound quality is poor at best. The smart tv function is really laggy. The menu is also laggy and complicated.

The screws to install the tv onto the wall mount are not included. The menu system is not all that

This television did not do what we were told it would do. It cannot load apps from the internet

The tv wasn't as clear as it looked in the store. The smart hub wasn't what i expected.

Bought 32 inch Samsung Tv and it is already in the shop for repairs. Just bought it on 9/20/16 because the other Samsung Tv that we just bought less than 4 years ago is no longer being made and it needed repaired too. I'm not happy with the service we got when we brought it back to the store and it has a 5 year contract on it.

It's only a 780p tv. The box and ad said 1080i. I switched cable boxes and no luck.

I purchased as a smaller TV for the bedroom. I was surprised - because Samsung is so on top of technology - and disappointed at the limited apps available with this TV (No Amazon Video guys, really). But not disappointed enough to return - I can still get my Netflix. The picture quality is good. I recommend for places where you want a simple TV with a good picture. This is one of 4 Smart TV's I've purchased and compared to each: It's better than the Sharp Aquos (not the 4K; an older 40" Smart Model), but not as good as the Vizio or Bravia (My Bravia is the best of them all)

Samsung had a great promo on a phone that made this TV an easy purchase

I bought this smart TV as a birthday gift for my son with the expectation of using the Netflix as opposed to cable but the smart TV function never worked appropriately and had to be reset each time the TV was turned on. Returned promptly.
